It covered selected 2025 televisions and monitors, with advertised discounts and a reported extra 10% checkout offer after viewing Samsung’s Super Bowl-themed Vision AI commercial. Those prices and the commercial promotion are historical; no evidence here confirms that they remained available on August 18, 2026.
What the Samsung promotion included
The reported sale applied to selected Samsung Vision AI TVs, The Frame models, OLED and Neo QLED sets, Smart Monitors and Odyssey gaming monitors. MacRumors said the listed sale prices were applied automatically and that shoppers could “stack” another 10% at checkout after watching Samsung’s commercial. The report did not establish a code, redemption URL, expiration date, complete product eligibility, or whether the offer combined with financing, trade-in, student, military or workplace discounts.
Taxes, delivery, installation, wall mounting, haul-away, financing and bundles were not included in the advertised figures. Treat every price below as a January 22, 2026 snapshot, not a current quote. MacRumors’ original report is the source for the promotion and prices.

Choose by how you will use the screen
Group Super Bowl viewing
Favor a screen size suited to your seating distance, strong brightness and glare control, wide viewing angles, motion handling, enough HDMI inputs and an audio plan. The 75-inch Vision AI TV, 75-inch QN70F, 75-inch Frame Pro, 85-inch Frame Pro and 85-inch QN90F were the large-screen listings. The Frame models make the most sense when room design matters as much as sports performance.
Movies and premium gaming
OLED models such as the S95F and Odyssey G6/G9 can deliver deep blacks and high contrast. Verify HDMI 2.1, 4K high-refresh support, variable refresh rate, input lag, HDR formats and the burn-in warranty before buying. Samsung’s lineup does not provide Dolby Vision on many models, so check the exact specification if your streaming or disc collection uses it; forum comments are anecdotal, not testing. Home-office work
The ViewFinity S70A, 43-inch M7 and 32-inch M8 are more office-oriented than the TVs. Check text clarity, pixel density, USB-C power delivery, webcam and microphone support, KVM or device switching, stand adjustment, operating-system limits and warranty coverage. A Smart Monitor can stream without a PC, but it is not automatically a better sports display than a television.
Wall-mounted interiors
The Frame is designed to show artwork when idle. Samsung says the Frame Pro adds higher-end picture hardware and Wireless One Connect. Confirm the exact U.S. model’s included box, VESA compatibility, mounting depth, cable routing, bezel cost and installation price. Technology trade-offs that matter
OLED
OLED suits dark-room films and premium gaming because each pixel can produce deep blacks. Static desktop windows, taskbars and repeated game HUDs increase burn-in concern, and a similarly priced OLED TV may offer more screen area than a premium monitor.
QLED and Neo QLED
These LCD-based families are often practical in bright rooms and at large sizes. Neo QLED occupies Samsung’s higher-end Mini-LED segment, but performance varies by model. Samsung says Vision AI capabilities vary across models, so the label alone does not establish superior sports performance.

The Frame and Frame Pro
You are paying for design and art functionality as well as picture quality. Matte or art-oriented treatment, optional frames, installation and the Art Store subscription can reduce picture-per-dollar value for buyers who only want sports or movies.
Smart Monitor and Odyssey
Smart Monitors blend display, streaming and productivity features; Odyssey models target PC gaming. A 49-inch ultrawide is not a 4K-TV substitute, and the M9’s historical $1,299.99 price warrants comparison with larger OLED televisions.

Check these risks before paying
- Confirm the live price, stock, exact model number and U.S. warranty; 2025 products may remain listed after newer generations launch.
- Verify delivery timing, return window, dead-pixel policy, installation, wall mounting and haul-away costs before the game.
- Ask whether any commercial-viewing discount still exists, how it is redeemed, which models qualify and whether it stacks with financing or trade-in offers.
- Check HDR formats, refresh rate, HDMI 2.1, VRR, tuner support, speakers and audio outputs for your equipment.
- Inspect a delivered display promptly for dead pixels, panel uniformity, damage and setup problems.
- Remember that a compressed sports stream limits picture quality regardless of the panel.

The January 22, 2026 promotion offered notable historical markdowns, especially on the 75-inch Vision AI TV, 65-inch The Frame, 85-inch QN90F and selected Smart Monitors. It is useful as a price benchmark, not as proof of a live August deal.
