Resident Evil Requiem launched on February 27, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Buyers can choose Standard, Deluxe, Steelbook Deluxe or a Japan-region PS5 Collector’s Edition. The Collector’s Edition is the rarest option: Capcom’s e-Capcom listing prices it at ¥12,500 tax included, but the listing currently shows it as out of stock.

What is inside the Deluxe package?
Capcom’s Japanese product listing identifies the Deluxe items individually:
- Five costumes, including Grace’s “DIMITRESCU” costume.
- Four weapon skins, including the S&S M232 “APOCALYPSE” skin.
- Two screen filters, including “APOCALYPSE.”
- Two charms, including the Raccoon charm.
- The “RACCOON CITY CLASSIC” custom sound pack.
- The “1998年の置き手紙” in-game file.
The Steelbook Deluxe version contains this full digital bundle, then adds the steelbook and limited lenticular card. The Collector’s Edition starts with the Deluxe package and adds the steelbook, acrylic stand and three-sided collector box.
Resident Evil Requiem pre-order bonuses
Grace “APOCALYPSE” costume
Capcom’s pre-order offer grants Grace’s “APOCALYPSE” costume in addition to the main game. The costume is described as a limited bonus delivered by download code. Because the game launched on February 27, 2026, a new purchase now should not be assumed to include it; check the specific retailer listing and code status.

#1 Best Overall
- Amazon Exclusive - 2 sided poster included in every game!
- Grace Ashcroft, an FBI intelligence analyst who is introverted and easily scared, representing a new type of character for the Resident Evil series. Grace will experience horror from the same perspective as the player as she learns to overcome her fears throughout the course of the story.
- For the first time ever in Resident Evil history, players will be able to freely switch between both first- and third-person perspectives throughout the game.
- An Anniversary to Remember: With March 2026 marking the Resident Evil series’ 30-year anniversary, Resident Evil Requiem marks its own milestone in the franchise.
- Pre-orders for Resident Evil Requiem are now open, with the bonus of Grace’s costume: Apocalypse. Please note that the picture weapon does not come with the costume, but it can be obtained in-game.
Epic Games Store reward
Epic Games Store orders also receive a Grace Ashcroft Fortnite skin and additional rewards. Capcom said these Epic rewards would be distributed after Resident Evil Requiem’s release, so they are separate from the in-game costume code.
Could the bonus be sold later?
Capcom notes that downloadable content may be sold later, but that statement is not a guarantee that every pre-order item will return or that it will return on every platform. Treat the pre-order costume as time-limited unless the store explicitly says otherwise.

How to get the Collector’s Edition
The clearest documented route is Capcom’s official e-Capcom Japan listing for the PS5 Collector’s Edition. Use this checklist before paying:
- Confirm the product: Make sure the page identifies the PS5 Collector’s Edition, not the Standard, Deluxe or Steelbook Deluxe release.
- Check the listed price: The documented price is ¥12,500 including Japanese consumption tax.
- Check stock: The listing currently displays an out-of-stock indicator. Availability can change, so rely on the live page rather than an old announcement.
- Review ordering limits: The listing states a one-per-person limit.
- Verify delivery: The product page listed delivery beginning February 27, 2026; a later order may have different fulfillment information.
- Confirm import details: International buyers should check whether e-Capcom ships to their country, the game and packaging language, PS5 region compatibility, payment requirements, shipping fees, taxes and customs charges.
This documented Collector’s Edition is a Japan-region product. The evidence does not establish a Western Collector’s Edition listing, so do not assume a US or UK retailer’s “special edition” is the same package.

Where can you buy the other editions?
Capcom’s US pre-order announcement directed physical buyers to GameStop, Best Buy and Amazon and warned that individual retailers could offer their own pre-order bonuses. Those retailer references establish buying routes, not current stock or a guaranteed bonus. Check the live product page for platform, edition name, code terms and delivery date before ordering.
For digital purchases, select the platform version you actually use: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Steam or Epic Games Store. The Epic listing has its separate Fortnite reward; a purchase on another PC storefront should not be expected to include it.

Which edition makes sense?
Choose Standard for the lowest confirmed launch price
Standard is the straightforward choice if you want the game without cosmetic, audio or physical collectibles. The documented launch prices were $69.99 in the US and £64.99 in the UK; current prices may vary by region, sale and platform.
Choose Deluxe for digital extras
Deluxe adds the complete cosmetic, filter, charm, sound and file bundle. It is the practical upgrade when those in-game items matter more than physical packaging.

![Resident Evil™ Requiem Deluxe Edition Steelbook - [Nintendo Switch 2]](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41pI1d4fpDL._SL160_.jpg)
- Resident Evil Requiem is the ninth title in the Resident Evil main series. Prepare to escape death in this breathtaking experience that will shake you to the core.
- A new era of survival horror begins in 2026. Technological advancement combined with the vast experience of the development team in combining stories with finely crafted characters and gameplay ensure a more immersive experience than ever before.
- Experience the classic survival horror of the series through combat, investigation, puzzles, and resource management. The gameplay allows you to freely switch between first-person and third-person perspectives and experience the horror from the angle that best suits your playing style.
- It all begins when a corpse--the victim of an unknown disease--is found in an abandoned hotel. Grace Ashcroft, crime analyst at the FBI, is commissioned with the investigation. But the location of the corpse is exactly the place where her mother died eight years ago.
- Nervous of being confronted with her past, Grace sets out for the hotel. As it turns out, the case is linked to the truth behind the misfortune of Raccoon City, the biological catastophile that once shocked the world. Is this chapter finally drawn a final line?
Choose Steelbook Deluxe for a display case and card
Steelbook Deluxe keeps every Deluxe item while adding the steelbook and lenticular card. Confirm whether a retailer’s listing is the limited version before assuming those physical items are included.
Choose Collector’s Edition for physical memorabilia
The documented Collector’s package is for fans who specifically want the acrylic stand and three-sided collector box alongside the Deluxe content and steelbook. Its Japan-only documentation, one-per-person limit and displayed stock shortage make availability and import conditions as important as the ¥12,500 price.
Related Resident Evil Requiem hardware
Capcom announced a Resident Evil Requiem-themed Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller launching alongside the game on February 27, 2026. It is an accessory, not a game edition. Capcom also announced a Grace Ashcroft amiibo for summer 2026. Neither item is evidence that the Collector’s Edition is available in a particular country, so check its own regional listing.
Quick Recap
Key checks before checkout
- Match the edition name exactly; “Deluxe,” “Steelbook Deluxe” and “Collector’s Edition” are different products.
- Match the platform and region, especially for the Japan-region PS5 Collector’s package.
- Read whether the Grace “APOCALYPSE” costume is included, delivered by code or already expired.
- For Epic Games Store orders, verify the separate Fortnite reward terms and post-release delivery language.
- For imported physical products, add shipping, tax and customs costs to the advertised price.
- Confirm live stock and return terms; retailer names in an announcement do not guarantee inventory.
