RAD Intel announced on October 15, 2025, that Aaron Vandeford had joined the company as director of investor relations. The company said he would lead investor-relations strategy and execution, strengthen engagement with its investor community, and introduce a more structured approach to metrics, communications and investor-value messaging.

The appointment comes as RAD Intel markets a Regulation A offering through its investor portal. It does not mean RAD Intel is publicly traded or that an IPO is imminent.

What RAD Intel announced

The appointment was announced in a Business Wire release dated October 15, 2025. The release identifies Vandeford’s employer as RAD Intel. SEC materials identify the legal entity behind the RAD Intel name as RAD Technologies, Inc.

According to the company, Vandeford’s remit includes:

  • Setting and executing investor-relations strategy.
  • Managing investor communications and engagement.
  • Developing a more consistent reporting and communications cadence.
  • Presenting company metrics and the investor-value proposition.
  • Supporting relationships with a growing investor community.

Co-founder and chief executive Jeremy Barnett said Vandeford’s capital-markets background would help preserve direct investor access while adding more structure to the company’s communications. Vandeford said he intended to build investor relationships and help communicate RAD Intel’s growth story. Those statements describe the intended role; they do not establish investment performance or a future listing.

Who is Aaron Vandeford?

The appointment release describes Vandeford as having nearly 20 years of experience in investor relations, strategic finance and capital markets. RAD Intel said he has worked with public, private and private-equity-backed companies and has supported IPOs, SPACs and mergers and acquisitions involving more than $20 billion in aggregate transaction value.

That $20 billion figure is a company-reported credential. It should not be read to mean Vandeford personally executed $20 billion of transactions. The release says his experience involved companies and transactions of that scale.

The company also lists an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish from Willamette University. His LinkedIn profile provides professional-profile context, but a self-published profile is not a substitute for regulatory filings or a formal company biography.

Why the appointment matters for investors

A move toward a formal investor-relations function

A dedicated investor-relations director can move a private company’s communications beyond ad hoc founder outreach. The practical test will be whether RAD Intel publishes regular, understandable metrics and responds consistently to investor questions. More formal communications can improve clarity, but they also create higher expectations for timely and supportable disclosures.

Alignment with fundraising activity

RAD Intel’s investor site presents a Regulation A offering and an investor community. An SEC index shows that RAD Technologies, Inc. filed a Form 1-A offering statement on October 31, 2025, 16 days after the appointment announcement: SEC Form 1-A filing index.

The timing is consistent with a company preparing to communicate with a broader group of prospective investors, but timing alone does not prove that Vandeford was hired specifically for that filing or that a particular financing outcome will occur.

Possible public-market preparation, not proof of an IPO

Vandeford’s experience with IPOs, SPACs and M&A may be useful if RAD Intel later pursues institutional financing, a strategic transaction or a public listing. That is an inference from his background, not an announced timetable. RAD Intel materials mention a reserved Nasdaq ticker, but a reserved ticker is not an exchange listing and does not establish that shares trade under the symbol.

What RAD Intel says it does

RAD Intel describes itself as a holding company organized around a shared AI decision layer. In the company’s description, the platform ingests live market data, builds high-intent audiences, directs creative and media toward measurable outcomes, and helps portfolio companies accelerate go-to-market work.

The investor site identifies initiatives including a mid-market software-as-a-service platform, RAD Amplify and Vis AI. These are descriptions from the company’s investor materials and may change as its portfolio and branding develop. They are not independent evidence that the claimed performance, growth or synergies have been achieved.

Regulation A is not the same as public-market trading

Regulation A is a securities-law exemption framework that can allow eligible companies to offer securities to a wider investor audience than some private-placement structures. It does not automatically place a company’s shares on Nasdaq or another national exchange.

RAD Intel’s investor site states that there is currently no public market for its stock: RAD Intel investor portal. The site may provide offering information, but investors should read the filed offering statement and related SEC documents before relying on promotional descriptions.

Issue What the available records show What it does not establish
Legal entity SEC materials identify RAD Technologies, Inc. as the entity using RAD Intel and related names. That RAD Intel is the same as Intel Corporation or another unrelated company.
Offering A Regulation A offering is promoted on the investor site; a Form 1-A filing appears in SEC records dated October 31, 2025. That an offering is completed, fully subscribed or suitable for every investor.
Trading status The investor site says there is currently no public market for the stock. That shares trade on Nasdaq or under an active public ticker.
Reserved ticker Company materials refer to a reserved Nasdaq ticker. That an IPO or exchange listing has occurred or is scheduled.

For the company’s legal and offering documents, consult the SEC filing index and the SEC’s EDGAR search. The SEC filing discussion of the corporate-name relationship is also available in this SEC annual-report filing.

What prospective investors should verify

The appointment announcement is evidence of a personnel change and the company’s stated communications goals. It is not independent confirmation of every claim appearing in investor presentations or marketing pages. Before considering an investment, verify:

  • The exact security being offered, price, minimum investment and offering deadline.
  • Whether the Form 1-A is qualified and whether later amendments change its terms.
  • Dilution, transfer restrictions, resale limitations and the absence of a public trading market.
  • Financial statements, risk factors and use of proceeds in the filed offering documents.
  • Any claimed valuation, revenue, investor count, contract size or growth percentage against dated filings or other primary evidence.
  • Whether portfolio-company results are attributable to RAD Technologies, Inc. or to a separate subsidiary or partner.
  • Any future-listing statement, recognizing that a reserved ticker is not proof of a completed transaction.

Claims that remain unverified by the announcement

The available appointment materials do not independently establish RAD Intel’s valuation, the number of investors, revenue or contract performance, a timetable for an IPO, or operating results for its portfolio companies. They also do not independently verify the full transaction history attributed to Vandeford beyond the company’s description. Those subjects require separate documentation and should not be presented as settled facts solely because they appear in promotional material.

Bottom line

RAD Intel’s October 15, 2025 appointment of Aaron Vandeford signals an effort to professionalize investor communications while the company pursues private-market fundraising. His reported capital-markets background fits that objective. The announcement, the Regulation A materials and the later Form 1-A filing still do not make RAD Intel a public company, confirm an imminent IPO or demonstrate investment returns. The decisive information for investors remains in the filed offering documents and the company’s substantiated financial disclosures.
