The announcement does not say that the network will use, buy, or require QNT. Remittix’s RTX is a separate project: its scheduled launch and adoption figures come from the issuer, not independent verification. The available announcements support a catalyst analysis—not a defensible numeric price prediction for either token.
What did The Clearing House announce?
The Clearing House (TCH), a U.S. payments company owned by banks, selected Quant to provide interoperability, orchestration, and transaction-management technology for its On-Chain Money Initiative, according to TCH’s September 24, 2026 announcement. The initiative is intended to let participating institutions clear and settle tokenized bank-deposit transactions and connect that activity to existing payment rails, including RTP and CHIPS.
TCH said participating institutions are expected to be able to access the network in the first half of 2027. That is a forward-looking availability target, not evidence that a live network is already generating broad transaction volume. TCH’s June 5 announcement described the bank-led initiative; the September announcement named Quant as its infrastructure provider.
Does the banking deal use or require QNT?
The TCH announcement does not mention QNT or state that banks, network users, or Quant must buy, hold, lock, or spend the token. It also does not disclose a contract value, a token-demand mechanism, or revenue attributable to QNT holders. That omission does not prove QNT can never be involved; it means this announcement alone cannot support a claim that the deal creates token demand.

- Trusted by 6 million users worldwide - buy, sell, swap, stake, and spend cryptocurrency directly. The secure offline storage wallet designed for how people actually use crypto wallets
For a QNT price thesis to follow from this partnership, investors would need evidence connecting the infrastructure deployment to the token—for example, a disclosed requirement to use QNT or a quantified mechanism through which network activity benefits token holders. The cited announcement supplies neither. Quant being selected may matter to the company’s institutional business prospects, but company-level progress and token value are not automatically the same thing.
What are tokenized bank deposits—and how are they different from QNT or RTX?
A tokenized deposit is a digital representation of commercial bank money. TCH describes its initiative as bank-led infrastructure for regulated bank deposits moving on-chain and connecting with existing payment systems. The announcement does not describe those deposits as QNT, RTX, or a public crypto token, and it does not identify a token as the money being cleared.

This distinction matters because a banking project can use blockchain-style technology without adopting a public crypto asset as its settlement currency. The initiative’s stated subject is the movement of bank deposits; the role assigned to Quant is to supply infrastructure around interoperability, orchestration, and transaction management.
How should the other Quant announcements be read?
Other institutional announcements add context to Quant’s infrastructure activity, but they are separate projects and do not establish QNT token demand.

- UK tokenized sterling deposits: Quant says UK Finance and a consortium of Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest, Nationwide, and Santander selected it for a UK project. The company announcement said the project would run through mid-2026; that target period has passed, and the cited announcement does not confirm the project’s current status or outcome.
- Murex integration: Murex and Quant announced on March 25, 2026, an integration of Quant infrastructure with Murex MX.3 for institutional tokenized-deposit and digital-bond workflows. This is a separate capital-markets integration, not part of TCH’s U.S. initiative.
What does the announcement imply for a QNT price prediction?
It strengthens the case that Quant has secured a prominent institutional infrastructure role, but it does not provide the inputs needed to calculate a QNT price target. The cited sources do not quantify contract economics, disclose token-linked demand, or provide a model translating deployment into token value. A numerical forecast would therefore add precision that the evidence does not support.
A more useful way to assess the catalyst is to watch for evidence in stages:

- Implementation: whether TCH and Quant meet the expected first-half-2027 access horizon.
- Use: whether participating institutions actually put the network into production and use it for transactions, rather than only testing or preparing it.
- Token linkage: whether official disclosures explain any direct requirement or measurable economic connection between network activity and QNT.
Until those links are documented, the deal is evidence of an infrastructure opportunity for Quant, not proof of a particular QNT price direction. Broader market conditions and token-specific supply and demand may also affect price, but the cited announcements do not quantify their effects.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How does Remittix (RTX) fit the payments story?
Remittix is a separate project from Quant and TCH. In an October 2, 2026 release carried by GlobeNewswire, Remittix said RTX had a scheduled market-launch date of November 24, 2026. The same issuer-provided release reported more than $32 million in presale funding, over 40,000 participants, and testing with 1,000 selected holders. GlobeNewswire’s page says the content was provided by Remittix and that GlobeNewswire does not verify or guarantee the claims. Treat the figures as issuer-reported and the launch date as prospective; reported presale participation is not, by itself, evidence of payment adoption.

What should readers watch next?
- For Quant, look for official updates on TCH implementation, participating institutions, production use, and any explicitly disclosed QNT requirement or token economics.
- For Remittix, distinguish the issuer’s scheduled launch and reported testing from independently established availability and sustained payment use.
- For either token, assess price claims against disclosed token mechanics and verifiable adoption, rather than treating a partnership, presale figure, or launch date as a price forecast.
