That does not mean anyone can claim: each settlement has its own class definition, deadline, and form requirements. In some cases, you still need a notice ID or must attest to your eligibility.

These are US settlements with deadlines still ahead as of October 3, 2026. Check each official settlement administrator’s website before filing: deadlines, form instructions, and procedural status can change.
| Settlement | Who may qualify | What “no proof” means | Deadline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bayhealth patient-portal tracking pixels | People who used specified Bayhealth web pages to access MyChart, or otherwise accessed the portal through Bayhealth pages, from January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2025. | The listing says no supporting documents are required, but the online claim uses the Login ID and PIN printed on the notice. Confirm the exact form requirements on the administrator’s site. | October 5, 2026 |
| OnePoint Patient Care data incident | Living US residents whose information may have been accessed in the August 8, 2024 incident and who meet the settlement’s class definition, including people sent notice. | The estimated alternate cash option does not require documentation. The online form uses a notice ID and PIN. A claim for documented losses has separate proof requirements. | October 8, 2026 |
| Flo Period Tracker privacy matter | US users who entered menstruation or pregnancy information in the Flo App from November 1, 2016, through February 28, 2019. California subclass terms differ. | The secondary listing says standard claims need no receipts, app logs, screenshots, or notice ID/PIN, but require an attestation under penalty of perjury. California subclass members may be asked for reasonable residency documentation. | October 15, 2026 |
| Pork price-fixing | Indirect purchasers of eligible raw pork or bacon for personal consumption in one of 24 covered jurisdictions from June 28, 2014, through June 30, 2018. | The secondary listing says no documents or notice ID are required when filing, though the administrator may request supporting material later. The claim asks for estimated purchase information, which must be truthful. | October 29, 2026 |
“No proof” here means a receipt or similar document may not be required with the initial claim; it does not waive eligibility rules, truthful answers, or other form requirements. Settlement payments may also be uncertain, estimated, or prorated.
Bayhealth: patient-portal tracking-pixel settlement
The official settlement site describes claims about third-party tracking pixels on Bayhealth web pages. The plaintiffs allege privacy-law violations; Bayhealth denies wrongdoing, and the court has not decided the merits. To qualify, a person must fit the class definition involving access to MyChart through Bayhealth pages during the stated class period. The administrator’s site has the official class definition and claim instructions.

The site states: “The only way to receive benefits or payments from this Settlement is by submitting a valid and timely Claim Form.” The deadline is October 5, 2026. The directory reports that supporting documents are not required, while the online filing process requires the Login ID and PIN on the notice. If you cannot find your notice, use the administrator’s official contact or notice-recovery instructions rather than guessing at the identifier.
OnePoint Patient Care: data-incident settlement
The official settlement website describes an incident on or about August 8, 2024, involving unauthorized access to or acquisition of private information. The class covers living US residents whose information may have been accessed, including people sent notice. OnePoint denies liability and says it was itself the victim of criminal conduct; a settlement is not a court finding of wrongdoing.

The settlement website describes a $2,115,000 settlement fund and two claim paths:
- Alternate cash payment: estimated at $100 without documentation. This is not guaranteed; the amount may be adjusted pro rata depending on valid claims and other settlement deductions.
- Documented losses: claimants may submit eligible losses for up to $3,500, subject to the settlement’s documentation and eligibility rules.
The deadline to submit online or postmark a mailed form is October 8, 2026. The online form uses a notice ID and PIN. Read the official instructions for which loss records qualify before choosing the documented-loss option.

Flo: Period Tracker privacy settlement
A secondary settlement summary describes a class of US Flo App users who entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information from November 1, 2016, through February 28, 2019. It reports a $59.5 million settlement, comprising $48 million from Google, $8 million from Flo, and $3.5 million from Flurry. The official settlement site should be checked for current terms and status; its terms were not independently readable in the available source view.
The secondary listing says a standard claim does not require receipts, screenshots, app logs, or a Unique ID/PIN. It does require a sworn attestation. California subclass members are described as eligible for two pro-rata shares and may be asked to provide reasonable documentation of California residency. The amount per claimant is not established: it depends on valid claims and the net fund after applicable deductions.

The listed deadline is October 15, 2026. Verify the class definition, California subclass terms, attestation, and claim status on the official settlement website before submitting.

The covered period is June 28, 2014, through June 30, 2018. The listing says eligible products include specified raw pork cuts and bacon, while organic or “no antibiotics ever” pork and most seasoned, marinated, flavored, or breaded pork (other than bacon) are excluded. Its claim form asks for estimated purchase information. No receipts or notice ID are said to be required at filing, but the administrator may later request support; provide only information you can truthfully attest to.
The listing reports a combined $117,065,000 fund across five paying defendants, with no published per-person amount. It said final court approval remained pending when accessed, so payment and final claim terms are not assured. The listed deadline is October 29, 2026. Confirm the product and state rules, approval status, and filing instructions through the official administrator, identified by the listing as Epiq.

- Open the official settlement administrator’s site. Reach it from an official notice or a trusted settlement listing, then verify that the site names the case and administrator. Avoid lookalike claim pages and paid filing pitches.
- Match the full class definition. Check dates, state or territory, product or service, account activity, and any notice requirement against your own circumstances. Similar experiences do not automatically make someone a class member.
- Check the form’s identification rules. A claim may require a Login ID, PIN, claim number, or notice even when no receipt is needed. Follow the administrator’s official recovery process if you lack the notice.
- Read the payment choices and attestation carefully. Determine whether the amount is fixed, estimated, reimbursed, or pro rata; check any documentation rules for each option; and certify only statements you believe are true.
- Submit before the applicable deadline and keep confirmation. Check whether the deadline is based on online submission or postmark, save your confirmation and a copy of the form, and revisit the administrator’s site for approval and payment updates.
Filing through the official settlement sites reviewed is free; you do not need to buy a product or pay a service to submit a claim. For a settlement that offers monitoring or another benefit, check the official terms rather than assuming it is included.
What “no proof” does—and does not—mean
- No receipt at filing: The form may let you describe purchases or activity without uploading supporting documents. That does not establish eligibility by itself.
- Notice details may still be required: Bayhealth and OnePoint listings describe online forms that use identifiers printed on the notice.
- Attestation still matters: A form can require a sworn or penalty-of-perjury statement even when it asks for no receipts.
- Later verification may be possible: Some administrators reserve the right to request records after a claim is submitted.
- An advertised fund is not an individual award: Administrative expenses, valid claim counts, court approval, and pro-rata allocation can affect whether and how much a claimant receives.
A settlement resolves claims on agreed terms; it is not necessarily an admission or a judicial determination that a defendant violated the law. Use the official settlement documents to understand the current status and the benefits available to a valid claimant.
