Ondo’s Tokenized Securities on Binance Alpha—and What Remittix’s BINANCE500 Offer Means

Ondo’s tokenized securities became available through Binance Alpha in 2026, while Remittix separately promoted a time-limited BINANCE500 presale bonus. Here’s what buyers receive, who may qualify and what the Binance name does not prove.

Ondo’s February 2026 rollout put ten Ondo-issued tokenized securities within reach through Binance Alpha; it did not make Binance the issuer or turn tokens into ordinary shares. Separately, Remittix advertised a short-term presale bonus called BINANCE500. The name alone is not evidence of a Binance listing, partnership or endorsement.

What are Ondo tokenized stocks?

“Tokenized stocks” is Ondo’s name for blockchain tokens tied to the value of particular stocks or exchange-traded funds (ETFs). On February 24, 2026, Ondo said ten products were available through Binance Alpha: AAPLon, GOOGLon, TSLAon, NVDAon, QQQon, CRCLon, METAon, AMZNon, SPYon and MSFTon. Binance announced support that day, then updated its announcement on March 9, 2026, to clarify its trading-fee description. This was access through Binance Alpha to products issued by Ondo, not securities issued by Binance. See Ondo’s February 24 announcement and Binance’s announcement and update.

Can buyers own the underlying shares?

Not simply by buying one of these tokens. Ondo describes the offshore Ondo Stocks products as backed by the corresponding stock or ETF, including cash in transit, and as providing economic exposure to that asset. Ondo’s disclosure says the token is not itself a stock or ETF and does not give its holder rights to hold or receive the underlying asset. Binance likewise says tokenized securities do not represent ownership of the underlying asset; shareholder rights such as voting may not be provided, and redemption is subject to issuer conditions. The product’s actual rights and risks depend on its legal structure and offering terms—not just the name of the company or fund referenced by its ticker.

Before considering a product, read the issuer’s current documents for its fees, adjustments, redemption rules and other conditions. Do not assume that holding a token confers the same rights as owning shares through a brokerage account.

Who can buy Ondo tokenized securities on Binance Alpha?

Availability is not universal. Ondo’s February 24, 2026 announcement says the announced Ondo Stocks tokens and ETFs are unavailable in the United States. It also describes additional jurisdiction-specific conditions: some locations may require buyers to qualify as professional clients or investors, and specified European Economic Area states are subject to prospectus-related terms. Binance cautions that products may not be offered in every region. Check the current Binance Alpha interface and the issuer’s offering documents for your location and eligibility before acting; the dated launch announcement is not a guarantee of present-day access.

In its dated announcement, Binance described market and limit orders, purchases using funds held on its exchange, and the ability to earn Binance Alpha Points by trading or holding. It also described a limited-time waiver of gas fees for placing and cancelling orders, while noting that ordinary trading fees could still apply. These are announcement-era mechanics, not a promise that the same features or fee treatment remain in effect.

What does Ondo’s reported buyer traction measure?

Ondo Finance reported that since Ondo Stocks launched in September 2025, the platform had surpassed $550 million in total value locked and recorded more than $11 billion in cumulative trading volume. The figures were reported by Ondo in its February 24, 2026 announcement; they are company-reported, not independently verified by the cited sources. “Tens of thousands” of users is also Ondo’s description, not a precise count. Trading volume is activity over time, not the amount of assets held or a count of unique buyers. Those figures do not establish who the users are, where they live, or how their investments performed. They should not be read as statistics for the entire real-world-asset tokenization market.

How does the Binance-accessible product differ from Ondo’s U.S. custodial model?

Ondo has also described a separate U.S. custodial tokenized-securities structure involving BlackRock’s IVV ETF and Micron shares. In that model, Ondo says underlying securities remain in the traditional custody chain, a registered transfer agent issues the tokens, and Broadridge provides proxy-voting and issuer-communication services. Ondo says token holders receive shareholder rights and protections through this structure. These are claims about that separately described model, not a revision of the rights disclosure for the offshore products available through Binance Alpha. The comparison below reflects the structures as Ondo describes them; it does not rank them or establish which is suitable for a particular investor. See Ondo’s announcement of its U.S. custodial launch.

What else is part of Ondo’s tokenization strategy?

Ondo’s proposed models for tokenized securities

In a December 4, 2025 submission to the SEC, Ondo set out three approaches: registering tokenized securities directly with issuers and transfer agents; tokenizing beneficial ownership interests through the Depository Trust Company (DTC) and its members; and issuing digital-native securities linked to securities entitlements held through DTC. Ondo argued that the models could coexist and urged regulatory support for each. This is Ondo’s policy position in a submission to the SEC, not an SEC endorsement. Read Ondo’s SEC submission.

Ondo Stocks Alliance

Ondo’s June 17, 2025 announcement named Bitget Wallet, Trust Wallet and Rainbow Wallet; Jupiter and 1inch; BitGo; Fireblocks; and Alpaca as participants in its Ondo Stocks Alliance. It described intended roles spanning wallet access, programmatic access, custody, institutional wallet infrastructure and brokerage. Being named in that announcement does not establish that every planned integration is live now. See Ondo’s alliance announcement.

Is BINANCE500 a Binance offer?

No evidence in the cited material establishes that it is. A Remittix-attributed GlobeNewswire release dated September 25, 2026, described BINANCE500 as a seven-day promotion advertising a 500% RTX bonus on qualifying presale purchases. The release itself says the campaign name is not evidence of a Binance listing, investment or commercial partnership. The bonus is a promotional claim by Remittix, not an investment return or independently verified payout. Read the release.

The release directed readers to Remittix’s official platform for campaign conditions, but the cited material does not establish complete eligibility, token-distribution, vesting or transfer terms. Because the stated campaign window was seven days, it may have expired by October 3, 2026; its exact status on that date is unresolved. Do not treat the offer as currently open without checking dated official terms. A promotional name is not proof of an exchange relationship.
