PakWheels currently shows ex-factory prices of PKR 1,899,000, PKR 2,099,000 and PKR 2,299,999 respectively, before applicable freight, taxes and documentation charges. Nora’s own website uses the product names E30 ECO and E30 ECO PLUS and displays PKR 1,899,999 plus GST and PKR 2,099,999 plus GST. These are not confirmed all-in, on-road prices.
Published range figures are claims from listings or company reporting, not independent real-world tests. Delivery reporting dated August 25, 2026 said deliveries would start soon, but gave no firm date.
Nora EV variants and listed prices in Pakistan
PakWheels identifies three local variants: Nora EV Eco, Eco+ and EcoX. The official homepage currently labels two products E30 ECO and E30 ECO PLUS, so buyers should match the seller’s invoice and specification sheet to the exact trim rather than rely on names alone.

Why other prices appear online
Nora’s homepage shows E30 ECO at “RS 1,899,999 + GST” and E30 ECO PLUS at “RS 2,099,999 + GST” (accessed September 30, 2026): nora-ev.com. A Business Recorder launch report dated March 14, 2026 quoted PKR 1,889,000, PKR 2,099,000 and PKR 2,299,000 for the three versions: Business Recorder. Those differences may reflect dates, price revisions or different tax treatment. Ask for a written, current quotation showing GST, freight, registration and documentation separately.

Eco
- Motor output: 4 HP (PakWheels listing).
- Battery: 9.36 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP).
- Listed range: 120 km.
- Maximum speed: 65 km/h.
- Home charging: 0–100% in eight hours.
- Battery warranty shown by PakWheels: five years or 120,000 km; exclusions and covered variants should be confirmed with Nora or the seller.
Eco+
- Battery: 15.1 kWh LFP.
- Listed range: 120 km.
- PakWheels lists 4 HP and a 65 km/h maximum speed.
The Eco+ page does not establish the same eight-hour charging figure published for Eco, so obtain the charging time, connector type and supplied equipment for your specific vehicle in writing.

EcoX
PakWheels’ model listing identifies features including a reversing camera and anti-collision radar. A complete EcoX battery capacity, charging time and range specification was not established in the published material, so do not assume Eco or Eco+ figures apply to EcoX.
How large is the Nora EV and what does “range” mean?
PakWheels describes Nora as a four-seat L7e electric microcar or quadricycle and gives a 2,900 mm overall length in its model overview. The same overview refers to a possible top-variant range of approximately 300 km, while the Eco and Eco+ pages list 120 km. The published sources do not reconcile those numbers across the lineup.

Treat every figure as a claimed, source-specific value—not a certified or independently tested real-world range. Traffic, passenger load, speed, temperature, road gradient, tyre pressure and climate-control use can materially change results. Before booking, ask which test method, battery state and variant produced the quoted number.

A PakWheels launch and booking report dated March 13 describes a range-extender configuration with a 70 cc engine and a 3-litre petrol tank. The accessible report does not establish that this equipment is included in all three priced variants. Confirm whether the vehicle offered to you is pure electric or range-extended, and request the exact engine, tank, emissions and warranty details on the quotation.

Nora EV delivery status in Pakistan
In a report dated August 25, 2026, PakWheels said Nora had announced that deliveries would begin soon and quoted a company representative expecting vehicles to arrive in Karachi. The report did not provide a confirmed delivery date: PakWheels delivery report.
Availability can differ by city and trim. Confirm the current booking window, production or shipment status, delivery city, cancellation terms and whether the quoted price is locked or subject to revision before paying a deposit.

What to verify before choosing a trim
- Final price: Request an itemised quotation covering GST, freight, taxes, registration and documentation.
- Exact identity: Match the invoice, VIN or chassis documentation and product name (Eco/Eco+/EcoX or E30 ECO/ECO PLUS).
- Battery and range: Confirm usable battery capacity, test basis for the range claim and battery-replacement terms.
- Charging: Confirm connector, input requirements, included cable or wall equipment, 0–100% time and electrical-safety requirements for home installation.
- Equipment: Obtain a trim-specific list covering safety systems, camera, radar, seating and infotainment rather than relying on model-page summaries.
- Warranty: Get battery, vehicle and charger coverage, mileage or time limits, exclusions and the authorised service process in writing.
- Delivery: Verify lead time and city availability immediately before booking.
Pakistan’s broader electric-vehicle policy context
The Government of Pakistan’s June 19, 2025 NEV Policy launch announcement set a national target for electric vehicles to reach 30% of new-vehicle sales by 2030 and projected annual fuel savings of 2.07 billion litres. These are policy targets and projections, not Nora-specific sales, savings or performance results: Press Information Department announcement.
Which Nora EV variant should you consider?
Eco has the lowest listed ex-factory price and a published charging figure, while Eco+ lists a larger battery at a higher price but the same 120 km claimed range. EcoX is the most expensive listing and includes named driver-assistance features, yet its variant-specific battery and range details need confirmation. The sensible choice depends on your daily distance, charging access, passenger needs and the seller’s final delivered specification—not on the headline price or an unreconciled range claim.
