The netASPx announcement followed two hosting acquisitions the preceding month. Data Center Knowledge reported a combined $15.5 million price for Alabanza and Jupiter Hosting, without breaking out individual prices or the form of payment.

Later company context
In March 2020, Navisite described its combined brand as bringing together the legacy Navisite business with capabilities from RDX, clckwrk, and ClearDB. Accenture announced that it completed its acquisition of Navisite on January 30, 2024. These later developments are separate from the terms of the 2007 netASPx transaction.
