IDBI’s notice said eligible candidates could apply online through the link on the bank’s website. It also stated that multiple applications from one candidate would be rejected and that fees or charges paid would not be refunded.

Age limits
As summarized in contemporaneous Scroll coverage, the age bands on the August 1, 2024 cutoff date were 28–40 years for AGM Grade C and 25–35 years for Manager Grade B. Upper-age relaxation applied to candidates in eligible reserved categories; the applicable extent and conditions depend on the official notice.

Education and preferred qualifications
The reported minimum education was a postgraduate degree from a recognized institution for AGM and a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution for Manager. JAIIB, CAIIB or an MBA was reported as preferred, not as a replacement for the minimum degree requirement.
