The label “Arista Networks image source TMF” does not identify a specific image or prove who owns it. TM Forum’s media toolkit provides a route for event-image requests, while Arista says its corporate logo requires express written permission for use. Before publishing, verify the exact asset, its rights holder, and the permitted credit with the organization that supplied it.
What “TMF” does—and does not—tell you
TM Forum’s Innovate Americas media toolkit describes an event image library and directs image requests to its communications team. That establishes a contact route for TM Forum event images; it does not establish that TM Forum supplied or owns a particular image of Arista Networks. The label alone does not reveal what “TMF” means in the source record, who took the image, or what permissions apply.
TM Forum’s toolkit also says filming must be authorized in advance. That rule concerns filming and should not be treated as a license for an unidentified still image. TM Forum Innovate Americas media toolkit
How to verify the image before publication
- Locate the exact asset record. Ask the person or organization that supplied the image for its original file or asset-page link, not only a caption or source label.
- Check the rights and permitted use. Confirm the copyright owner, license or written permission, required credit line, and any limits on media, geography, or duration. Do not infer these terms from an event-media page.
- Contact TM Forum if the image is claimed to be from its event library. Its toolkit says, “For image requests or further information, please contact the TM Forum communications team.” Ask the team to identify the specific image and confirm its usage terms.
- Request Arista’s permission if the image uses its corporate logo. Arista’s trademark guidance says the logo cannot be used in materials without its express written permission. Publication or commercial requests to use Arista marks may be sent to [email protected].
Arista’s rule is specifically about its corporate logo; it does not by itself establish who owns a photograph containing Arista equipment, people, or signage. Verify both the photograph’s rights and any applicable trademark permission. Arista Networks trademark guidelines

What to request from the supplier
- The original asset record or link, and confirmation that it refers to the exact image you plan to use.
- The photographer or copyright owner and the applicable license or written authorization.
- The required attribution wording, if any.
- Confirmation that your intended publication format and audience are allowed, including any geographic or other restrictions.
- Written permission from Arista if the use includes its corporate logo in materials.
TM Forum’s Brandfolder landing page identifies Brandfolder as a source for official brand assets and instructs users to follow usage guidelines. The landing page requires sign-in, so it does not establish public, asset-specific terms for an image that cannot be inspected there.

Arista describes itself as a supplier of client-to-cloud networking for data center and AI, campus, and routing environments. Its company profile also lists “more than 10,000+ cloud customers worldwide” and “100M ports,” but the page does not give a publication year for those figures; they do not help identify an image’s source or rights.
