Amazon does not maintain one universal “digital credits” balance. Where you look depends on the credit’s source: Shopper Panel rewards go to Amazon Balance, advertising promotions appear in Amazon Ads Campaign Manager, and Amazon Pay funds use separate Available Balance and Current Balance fields. Use the matching path below rather than assuming every credit is listed with gift-card funds.
First, identify which Amazon credit you have

Amazon’s current documentation uses the labels Amazon Balance, Rewards, Promotions, Available Balance, and Current Balance; it does not document a general consumer page called “Digital Credits.”

How to find Shopper Panel rewards in Amazon Balance
Check the balance page
- Open Amazon Balance.
- Sign in with the same Amazon account used for Amazon Shopper Panel.
- Review the balance shown for that account.
Amazon Shopper Panel links to this page as “Check your Amazon Balance.” An automated request can occasionally receive an Amazon “503 Service Unavailable” response even though this is the official balance URL; try again later or open it in a normal signed-in browser.
Confirm the reward destination in the app
- Open the Amazon Shopper Panel app and tap Rewards.
- Tap Change Reward.
- Choose Amazon Balance or Charitable donation. Amazon Balance is the default selection.
You can change the reward type until 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on the last day of the month. Once the month ends, the previous month’s reward type cannot be changed. Amazon adds a balance reward to the Amazon account used to sign in to Shopper Panel, so a household with multiple Amazon accounts must check the matching account.

When the money appears and how it is spent
Amazon issues Shopper Panel rewards monthly, within the first 48 hours of the following month, and emails confirmation of the prior month’s reward. Amazon says the balance is automatically applied to the next Amazon.com purchase, with an option to save it for later purchases.
How Shopper Panel activities affect your reward
Receipt uploads
- Eligible receipt uploads can earn up to $10 per month.
- Receipts must be shared by 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on the last day of the month to count for that month.
- After you reach $10, additional receipts do not carry over to the next month.
Offers
- In the app, tap Offers.
- Open an offer and tap Upload receipt.
- To review history, go to Rewards → See all rewards. Approved current-month offers also appear under Redeemed.
Amazon describes Offers as beta. Availability and reward amounts vary, each offer can be redeemed once per month, and a receipt can be uploaded only once.

Ad verification
If ad verification is disabled for more than a cumulative 48 hours during a month, you no longer qualify for that month’s ad-verification reward.
Eligibility
Shopper Panel is opt-in and invitation-only, with limited availability for a limited number of Amazon customers age 18 or older in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, and Japan. How to find Amazon Ads promotional credits
- Sign in to Amazon Ads Campaign Manager.
- Open Administration.
- Under Billing and Payment, select Billing.
- Select Promotions on the left.
- Read Summary to date for active promotions and the Rewards table for each promotion’s status, amount, and timeline.
The promotions view can show redeemed amount, remaining amount, total promotion amount, start date, and status. Amazon documents these statuses:
- Active: currently available under the promotion’s terms.
- Future: scheduled but not yet active.
- Expired: the promotion period has ended.
- Spent: the promotional amount has been used.
- Partially consumed (inactive): some credit was used, but the promotion is no longer active.
Restrictions that determine whether an ad credit works
- Credits apply only to future advertising costs after the credits are received; they do not pay costs incurred before issuance, even if those costs were during the promotional period.
- Credits are marketplace-specific and cannot be applied to invoices in another marketplace.
- A promotion may be limited to one ad product, such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, or Streaming TV.
Amazon says advertisers are not notified when credits run out. Any advertising cost above the remaining credit is charged to the default payment method, so monitor the remaining amount rather than assuming the promotion will stop spending.

If a new promotion is missing
A new advertiser may need to wait up to two business days after registering for Amazon Ads before eligible promotional offers appear in Campaign Manager.

Amazon Pay funds are separate from Amazon.com shopping credits. In Amazon Pay, Available Balance is the amount immediately available for purchases or disbursement. Current Balance also includes pending payments.

After a payment is submitted but not completed, Current Balance can be greater than Available Balance. Treat Available Balance as the spendable figure until a pending transaction finishes; the two numbers are not interchangeable.

Why you may not see a credit where you expect
- Wrong Amazon account: Shopper Panel credits go only to the account used to sign in to the app.
- Wrong system: Ads promotions are not listed in Amazon Balance, and Amazon Pay funds are not the same as shopping credits.
- Timing: Shopper Panel rewards arrive within the first 48 hours of the next month; a new Ads account can take up to two business days to show offers.
- Eligibility or limits: Shopper Panel invitations, monthly receipt caps, one-time receipt uploads, offer availability, and ad-verification requirements can all affect the reward.
- Expired or restricted promotion: An Ads credit may be future, expired, spent, partially consumed, marketplace-limited, or product-limited.
- Pending Amazon Pay transaction: Current Balance may include funds that are not yet available to spend.
A quick way to troubleshoot an “missing” digital credit
- Identify whether the credit came from Shopper Panel, Amazon Ads, Amazon Pay, or another named promotion.
- Open the corresponding account area rather than the general gift-card or shopping-balance screen.
- Verify the signed-in account, marketplace, and currency.
- Check the relevant timing window: month-end processing for Shopper Panel, two business days for newly registered Ads accounts, or pending-payment status for Amazon Pay.
- Read the promotion or program terms for product restrictions, expiration, monthly caps, and eligibility.
