To find a deal, check both the Amazon Resale storefront and the used offers on the regular product page, then compare the specific condition, included items, total price, return eligibility, and warranty with the same model sold new. Resale prices and stock change frequently, so judge each offer on its own merits.

Browse the Resale storefront
Visit the Amazon Resale storefront to browse categories or search for a particular product. Amazon’s US shopper guidance uses the name Amazon Resale for this part of its store; “Amazon Warehouse” remains a familiar older name.
Look for used offers on the product page
Search Amazon for the exact product you want and check the used-offer area on its product page. Depending on the listing and interface, Amazon may label it “Save with Used” or “Buy Used.” Open the offer details rather than relying on a headline price: the condition and terms for a used offer can differ from those for a new item.
How to tell whether an offer is a good deal
Compare the complete offer against the current price of the same new model. A discount from a remembered list price may look attractive without being the best available price today. Use these checks before adding an item to your cart:

- Total price: Compare the Resale offer with the same model sold new, taking the displayed delivery terms into account.
- Condition: Read the grade and any item-specific notes for cosmetic wear or other details. A grade is a useful guide, but it does not tell you everything about a particular item’s appearance.
- What’s included: Check whether expected accessories are present. Amazon says condition assessment considers missing accessories and packaging damage; confirm what the individual offer says is included.
- Returns: Check the offer’s return eligibility and terms on the product page before checkout.
- Warranty: Do not assume the manufacturer’s warranty applies. Amazon cautions that a manufacturer warranty may not cover used products.
Amazon reported that customers saved “over 25%” on average on Resale items in the year before its 2024 article was published. That is Amazon’s historical, self-reported figure, not a current average or a promised discount on any individual product.
Choose a condition grade that fits your comfort with wear
Amazon Resale items are graded, and Amazon’s condition guidance describes categories including Like New and lower grades that allow more visible wear. In general, Like New may suit someone seeking full functionality with minimal cosmetic change; a lower grade may cost less while involving more wear. Read the offer’s own condition notes and inclusion details: the grade alone does not establish every cosmetic detail or accessory.

Amazon’s general condition guidance is separate from its seller-side FBA Grade and Resell program. In describing that program for eligible seller returns, Amazon says it inspects packaging, confirms the item matches its description, tests condition, checks for signs of use, and assesses damage. That seller-program description should not be taken as proof that every consumer-facing Resale listing in every market goes through the same process.
Check returns and warranty before paying
For the United States, Amazon.com’s general returns page says items shipped from Amazon.com, including Amazon Resale, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to exceptions. This is a general policy statement, not a guarantee that every Resale offer is eligible. Check the specific product page for its return terms before placing the order.
Amazon’s UK guidance has regional terms, so the US return window should not be applied automatically to purchases from another country’s store. In any market, also verify whether a manufacturer warranty covers a used item; Amazon warns that it may not.

Amazon says Resale inventory changes frequently and advises shoppers to check back and order promptly when they find something they want. If you have a particular model in mind, revisit its product page or the storefront, but do not assume a sale event or a specific time of year will guarantee the lowest price. Buy when the current price, condition, included items, and terms make sense for you.
