Check the app provider’s current official availability information for your exact country and the specific feature you plan to use. Then verify the fiat currency and payment method separately. Account access, buying crypto, sending or receiving payments, QR payments, and card spending can have different country and currency rules.
Check the exact feature you want to use
Start by defining what “supports my country” needs to mean for you. Are you opening an account, buying crypto, sending or receiving a payment, paying by QR code, or spending with a card? Providers may allow some functions in a location while restricting others. Bybit says eligibility varies by feature and directs users to its service-restricted-country guidance for specific functions (Bybit service-restricted-country guidance).
Verify your country or region on an official source
- Open the provider’s help center or product availability page. Search for the service name with phrases such as “supported countries,” “available markets,” or “service-restricted countries.” An in-app eligibility check is another useful source.
- Match your precise location. Look for state, territory, or other subnational exclusions, not just your country’s name. Crypto.com publishes geographic restrictions for its app and separately describes available markets and US state availability; availability is not identical across every product (Crypto.com App Geo-Restrictions; Crypto.com App available markets).
- Read the page’s scope and date. Confirm that it covers the feature you intend to use, and note when the information was last updated. For example, Crypto.com’s Geo-Restrictions page is dated May 12, 2026; a list for one product should not be treated as a guarantee for another.
Check fiat currency and payment method separately
A country appearing on an availability list does not establish that the app supports your local fiat currency or preferred way to pay. Look for a currency list and payment-method list specific to the feature you selected. Crypto.com Pay’s on-ramp documentation, for example, lists USD and payment methods including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and includes country coverage with some US state exclusions. Those details describe that on-ramp service, not every Crypto.com feature (Crypto.com Pay on-ramp).
Payment-card eligibility can also depend on where the card was issued, which may be a separate condition from your residence. Binance’s card-purchase guidance addresses supported currencies and card issuing countries; its statement about cards from over 220 countries is provider wording tied to that guidance, not an independently verified measure of overall service availability (Binance card-purchase guidance).

Check account, partner, and use-case conditions
Before relying on a country list, look for conditions such as identity verification, regional rules for a particular feature, payment-instrument eligibility, and partner coverage. A broad regional listing may not settle whether a particular use case is supported: Stripe notes that its regional support criteria do not guarantee support for every country, payment method, or use case (Stripe regional support). MoonPay Enterprise says virtual-account availability depends on the user’s location, desired currency, and partner app; that page concerns virtual accounts and partner-app coverage, not a universal consumer purchase list (MoonPay Enterprise virtual accounts).
Use provider examples only within their stated scope
Provider pages illustrate why “available” is not a single yes-or-no answer. Bybit Pay’s FAQ, last updated September 15, 2026, says eligibility varies by feature. Its Bybit Card FAQ, last updated September 3, 2026, lists supported fiat currencies by region. Check the page for your intended Bybit service rather than applying the card list to Pay or another feature (Bybit Pay FAQ; Bybit Card FAQ).

Similarly, Crypto.com’s app geographic restrictions and available-markets information cover different aspects of service availability. Neither should be read as proof that every feature, currency, or payment rail is available wherever the app itself can be accessed.

Availability is a changing product fact. Just before acting, revisit the provider’s official page or in-app eligibility flow, confirm the exact feature, currency, and payment method, and contact official support if an important condition remains unclear. If the answer depends on a card or bank account, check its issuing country and the provider’s rules for that instrument as well as your location.
