Start by identifying whether it says Send or Withdrawal: a Send moves funds between Hyperliquid accounts, while a Withdrawal sends funds to another network. For a pending withdrawal, use the time estimate shown in its withdrawal modal; for a completed one, follow the explorer link beside the timestamp to verify the receiving address.
Find the transfer record first
- Open Hyperliquid and go to Portfolio → Deposits & Withdrawals.
- Find the row for the transfer. Note its action, asset, amount, time, status, and destination.
- Use the row’s action and status to follow the relevant steps below. If there is no matching row, check the deposit or transfer route and account you used, then consult Hyperliquid’s deposit and transfer issue guidance.
Do not send another payment just to try to unstick the first one. A second transfer may create another transaction without resolving the original.
Check whether it was a Send or a Withdrawal
Send: another Hyperliquid account
Hyperliquid defines Send as a transfer “to another account on the Hyperliquid blockchain.” It is not a withdrawal to another blockchain. If you sent funds to an account you control, connect that wallet to Hyperliquid and check its balance and activity. If you sent them to a centralized exchange, Hyperliquid says the exchange address controls access; contact that exchange about locating the funds.
Withdrawal: another network
A Withdrawal is the relevant record when funds are leaving Hyperliquid for another network. Check its status and destination in the row before deciding whether to wait or investigate the receiving address.

If a withdrawal is pending
Open the withdrawal details and compare elapsed time with the estimate shown in the withdrawal modal. Hyperliquid advises waiting for that estimate; if it has passed, network congestion may be delaying processing. Do not treat a general timing figure as a guarantee: the estimate attached to your transfer is the more useful current reference.
Hyperliquid’s API reference describes validators signing a withdrawal request and sending it to the bridge contract. That reference gives an approximate five-minute finalization time and a $1 fee “at the time of this writing,” but both timing and fees can change. Use the transfer’s modal estimate for troubleshooting rather than assuming every withdrawal completes on the same schedule. See the Hyperliquid bridge API reference.

If a withdrawal says completed but has not arrived
- In the transaction row, click the explorer link beside the timestamp.
- Inspect the transaction and the address that received the funds.
- Compare that address with the destination you intended to use. A Completed label by itself does not establish that the transfer reached the intended wallet.
If the destination is a wallet you control, check that wallet on the network used for the withdrawal. If the destination belongs to an exchange, provide the exchange with the transaction details and ask it to investigate; the exchange controls access to its deposit address.
If a withdrawal fails or a deposit is missing
First compare the actual sending network and token with the route shown by Hyperliquid. Supported assets and recovery options vary by chain. Hyperliquid’s bridge issue index links to route-specific guidance; use the page for the network and asset involved rather than assuming that a recovery option for one route applies to another.

| Route | What Hyperliquid’s documentation says | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| USDC | Wallet-connected USDC deposits are supported via Arbitrum. Email-connected USDC deposits are supported via Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, and Polygon using Across. Hyperliquid notes that unsupported assets or networks and low-value deposits can have special outcomes. | Confirm whether the account is wallet-connected or email-connected, and verify the source network and token. Email-connected users can check their transfer history through Across transfer history. Review the current USDC deposit instructions before attempting recovery. |
| Bitcoin | The BTC deposit address accepts BTC on Bitcoin. Hyperliquid lists a minimum of 0.0003 BTC and an approximate arrival time of 30 minutes on its current, undated support page; it also says to check the estimate in the deposit pop-up. | Verify the asset, Bitcoin network, amount, and deposit-pop-up estimate. For a qualifying BTC deposit or withdrawal marked Failed, Hyperliquid directs users to Unit support. Check the current Bitcoin deposit instructions. |
| Ethereum | The documented ETH/ENA address accepts those assets on Ethereum. Hyperliquid lists minimums of 0.007 ETH and 120 ENA and an approximate arrival time of five minutes on its current, undated support page. It describes Unit’s revert feature for selected mistaken transfers. | Check the asset, Ethereum network, amount, and current route instructions. For a qualifying failed ETH deposit or withdrawal, Hyperliquid directs users to Unit. Do not assume a mistaken transfer can be reverted unless the current instructions cover that exact asset and route. See the Ethereum deposit instructions. |
| Solana | Hyperliquid lists SOL and certain supported tokens for Solana deposits, with route-specific minimums and an approximate arrival time of one minute on its current, undated support page. It describes Unit’s revert feature for selected mistaken transfers. | Check that the token and amount meet the current Solana route requirements. For a qualifying failed SOL deposit or withdrawal, Hyperliquid directs users to Unit. Confirm that any recovery option applies to the exact asset and route. See the Solana deposit instructions. |
Minimums, supported tokens, estimates, and recovery features can change. Check the relevant Hyperliquid page for the current route before taking action.

Hyperliquid notes that a Telegram bot connected to the wallet may automatically redeposit balances. If that may apply, contact the bot’s support. Hyperliquid also suggests sending USDC to another address you control on Hyperliquid before withdrawing. Check the account’s connected services and destination carefully before using that option; it is not a fix for an unrelated pending or failed transfer. See Hyperliquid’s Telegram bot guidance.

Protect your wallet while troubleshooting
- Never share a seed phrase or private key with support or anyone offering to recover funds. Anyone who has either can access the wallet.
- Use the official Hyperliquid support instructions and the applicable chain-specific page to choose a support route.
- Do not assume a wrong-network transfer is recoverable. Recovery depends on the precise asset and route, and should be attempted only where current official instructions describe that case.
