How Much Is Pam Bondi Worth? What Her Financial Disclosure Shows

ProPublica summarizes Pam Bondi’s reported assets at $3.7 million–$16 million, but broad value bands, liabilities and spouse holdings mean it is not a verified net-worth figure.

Pam Bondi’s financial disclosure lists reported assets in a range ProPublica summarizes as $3.7 million to $16 million. That is not an exact or verified net-worth figure: the filing uses broad value bands and also reports liabilities and spouse-related holdings.

Who is the attorney general in the title?

The title refers to Pamela J. Bondi. The Justice Department’s historical biography identifies her as the 87th U.S. Attorney General and records her service as 2025–2026; it says President Donald Trump appointed her on February 5, 2025. The biography was updated May 28, 2026, so it describes a past period of service, not necessarily the current officeholder. The Justice Department biography also notes Bondi’s earlier work as a Florida prosecutor, two terms as Florida attorney general, and later private-law and policy-consulting work.

What does Bondi’s financial disclosure report?

ProPublica’s parsed presentation of Bondi’s nominee financial disclosure summarizes reported asset values as $3.7 million–$16 million. The displayed holdings include a one-third interest in Longboat Key, Florida, residential real estate; cash accounts; Trump Media & Technology Group stock and vested warrants; a Florida retirement benefit; and commercial-real-estate entities associated with her spouse.

The disclosure also reports income tied to its covered period: $1.1 million from Ballard Partners consulting, $520,000 in America First Policy Institute consulting fees, $204,000 in legal-services income, and $3 million in stock compensation connected to the Digital World Acquisition Corp. merger with Trump Media & Technology Group. Those are period-specific reported amounts, not current annual income or lifetime earnings.

Why the $3.7 million–$16 million range is not net worth

It is a range of reported asset values

Public financial disclosures use value categories rather than exact amounts for many holdings. For example, the parsed filing lists Trump Media stock valued at $1 million–$5 million and vested Trump Media warrants valued at $1 million–$5 million. Those bands do not establish precise market values, and stock prices can move after a filing.

Net worth would account for liabilities

Net worth means assets minus liabilities. ProPublica’s parsed disclosure separately lists a $1,000,001–$5,000,000 mortgage on a personal residence and a $100,001–$250,000 personal loan. The summarized asset range does not itself subtract those obligations. A separate commercial mortgage is described as a partial guarantee by Bondi’s spouse, not as Bondi’s direct debt.

The filing covers spouse holdings as well

Financial disclosure forms can include a spouse’s holdings and liabilities. The entries therefore should not all be presented as assets owned personally by Bondi; ProPublica labels spouse-related items in its parsed presentation.

It describes specified periods, not a live balance sheet

The Office of Government Ethics explains that public financial disclosure forms cover holdings, outside positions, liabilities, and transactions for defined reporting periods. Nominees for Senate-confirmed positions file when nominated, and covered officials file annually while in office. The OGE Public Financial Disclosure Guide and ProPublica’s methodology notes provide context for reading these records. They are not continuously updated personal balance sheets.

What the filing says about Trump Media holdings and sales

ProPublica’s parsed record says Bondi received $3 million in income for consulting compensated with Digital World Acquisition Corp. shares; the shares converted into Trump Media stock when the merger occurred. The filing reports a transaction on April 2, 2025, involving a Trump Media stock sale valued in the $1 million–$5 million band and a vested-warrant sale valued in the $250,000–$500,000 band. Those reported ranges do not reveal an exact sale price or realized gain.

How to read the pension entry

The filing describes Bondi’s Florida State Retirement System pension eligibility as $6,250 per month at age 62 and says the plan’s value is not readily ascertainable. That is a future eligibility benefit, not a current cash balance or a stated lump-sum asset value.

What can be said about the sources of her wealth?

Bondi’s documented career includes prosecution, elected state office, private legal work, and policy consulting. Her disclosure reports consulting, legal-services, and merger-related stock compensation. These provide context for reported sources of income, but the filing is not a complete record of how every asset was acquired or a full history of her career earnings.
