In the US, WHOOP One is $149 for the first year and $199 per year when it renews; Peak is $239 per year and Life is $359 per year, according to WHOOP’s support pricing published May 28, 2026. WHOOP is a membership, not simply a tracker you buy once: the fee covers access to its app and insights as well as hardware. Check the price and renewal terms shown at your own checkout, since offers, taxes and availability can vary.

The figures below are US prices reported by WHOOP and checked against its membership information on October 4, 2026. An independent June 2026 comparison also lists annual renewal prices of $199, $239 and $359 for the three tiers.

Is WHOOP a monthly subscription?
WHOOP describes memberships as annual. Its support material lists $25 per month for One, $30 for Peak and $40 for Life only in select renewal scenarios; that does not mean monthly cancellation is universally available. Confirm both the billing schedule and cancellation terms offered for your account rather than treating those figures as month-to-month prices.

What changes between One, Peak and Life?
One: core fitness and recovery
One is the entry tier for people chiefly interested in sleep, strain, recovery, coaching and fitness insights. Its first-year offer is lower than its listed renewal price, so compare the ongoing annual cost—not just the amount due initially.
Peak: more health and longevity features
Peak uses WHOOP 5.0 like One, but includes a wireless PowerPack and different band, plus health-monitoring and longevity features. The extra cost is most relevant if you expect to use those features rather than only core training and recovery tools.

Life: WHOOP MG and advanced cardiovascular features
Life includes WHOOP MG and adds features such as ECG and irregular-heart-rhythm notifications where available and where the user meets eligibility requirements. WHOOP says these features are medically regulated, but that does not make the device a substitute for clinical evaluation. Blood Pressure Insights is not a medical device and cannot diagnose or manage medical conditions. Women’s hormonal insights are estimates, not contraception or conception advice. Discuss health concerns with a clinician.
WHOOP says upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated payment, while downgrades can be scheduled for the next billing date. Check the account terms for the exact timing and charge before changing tiers.

When does billing start, and can you return WHOOP?
WHOOP’s membership FAQ states: “Your WHOOP membership starts when you pair and activate your WHOOP device, or 30 days after the strap is shipped.” WHOOP also says eligible customers can cancel and return a device for a full refund minus shipping within 30 days of receipt. Its membership page currently advertises a one-month trial with certified pre-owned WHOOP 5.0 hardware; eligibility, hardware and offer terms may differ, so read the current offer details before ordering.
How WHOOP compares with subscription-free alternatives

Best Value
- It can be a gift option
- Comes with secure packaging
- Helpful in various ways
- Choose based on features you will use: One covers core recovery and fitness insights; Peak and Life cost more for additional health-focused features and different hardware bundles.
- Check your real checkout total: Confirm the plan, first charge, renewal amount, taxes, included hardware and cancellation terms for your country and account.
- Compare the same ownership period: A device with a higher upfront price but no required subscription can cost less over time, though its app, data and feature set may differ.
- Consider fit and routine: Comfort, wear location, battery arrangements and the app experience matter if you intend to wear a tracker continuously.
- Verify eligibility: Some Life features are limited by region, age or user circumstances; do not pay extra on the assumption that every feature will be available to you.
