GCCL Construction & Realities Limited held its 32nd Annual General Meeting on 30 September 2026 in Ahmedabad. StockWatch reported that shareholders approved the resolutions, including four director-related items; the available AGM proceedings list those resolutions but do not include vote totals.
What shareholders were asked to decide
The AGM began at 11:30 a.m. IST at the company’s registered office in Ahmedabad. GCCL’s proceedings say shareholders could vote remotely by e-voting or at the meeting using polling papers. The proceedings list six resolutions, four of them concerning directors.

The company’s proceedings document records the meeting and its agenda, but does not provide resolution-by-resolution voting results or the final scrutinizer’s report. How the board’s earlier decisions fit in
At its 4 September 2026 meeting, GCCL’s board approved Devang Jhaveri’s proposed five-year reappointment and Bahubali Shah’s continuation, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved Priyank Jhaveri’s appointment as an additional non-executive independent director. These were decisions made before the AGM, not evidence on their own that shareholders later approved the related resolutions.
Where to look for exact voting totals
The meeting proceedings do not establish how many votes each resolution received. Exact totals require a resolution-level voting-results filing or the final scrutinizer’s report; absent that primary record, the available reporting supports only the attributed statement that the resolutions passed.
