The image is credited to Getty Images; the caption does not name a particular ETF or signal an investment recommendation.
Where the phrase comes from
Motley Fool uses the wording as a caption for an ETF-themed image. A July 18, 2026 article, “International ETF Outpacing the S&P 500 This Year Is Worth a Closer Look,” displays the caption and credits the image to Getty Images: The Motley Fool article.
The caption describes an illustration; it is not the name of a fund, ticker symbol, or investing strategy. The available attribution identifies Getty Images but does not establish a named photographer or the image’s licensing terms.
Does it identify a specific ETF?
No. The same caption appears alongside articles discussing different ETFs, including Vanguard Total International Stock ETF (VXUS) and Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO). Those funds represent different investment exposures, so the caption cannot tell you which fund is being discussed or which one to buy.
