Dragon’s Dogma 2 pre-order bonuses were a four-weapon set for the standard edition and that same set plus a Ring of Assurance for the Deluxe Edition. These were 2024 offers, not bonuses you can newly claim today: the game launched on March 22, 2024, and Capcom ended sales of the original digital-only Deluxe Edition on June 25, 2026 (Japan Standard Time). The later Dark Arisen package is a separate product.
What were the Dragon’s Dogma 2 pre-order bonuses?
| 2024 offer | Announced bonus | Format and qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Standard edition preorder | A four-weapon bonus set, described by Capcom as useful early in the game. | The standard game was offered physically and digitally. Capcom’s Japanese announcement names the preorder bonus, but the reviewed sources do not establish identical redemption terms for every region, retailer, or physical edition. Capcom’s Japanese announcement. |
| Deluxe Edition preorder | The standard preorder weapon set plus a Ring of Assurance. | The digital-only Deluxe bundle also included A Boon for Adventurers – New Journey Pack DLC. PlayStation’s launch announcement describes the bundle; Capcom’s announcement confirms the ring. |
The cited Capcom announcement supports the four-weapon set as a group; it does not provide a dependable localized item-by-item list. The specific contents of that set should therefore not be inferred from unofficial lists.
Can you still preorder the original Deluxe Edition?
No. The game launched on March 22, 2024, so its preorder period has passed. Capcom’s June 10, 2026 notice says sales of the original Dragon’s Dogma 2 Deluxe Edition and specified add-ons ended on June 25, 2026, at 9:00 JST. Capcom also says content already purchased remains usable and lists the base game among products that continued to be available. Capcom’s June 2026 notice.
Is the current Dark Arisen package the same as the 2024 Deluxe Edition?
No. The current US PlayStation Store lists the standard game separately from a later Dark Arisen package. That package bundles the base game, expansion, Explorer’s Camping Kit, Dragon’s Dogma Custom Sounds, and Norgan Fashion Set; it is not the original Deluxe Edition or its New Journey Pack. The Store lists the expansion release date as October 9, 2026. It also says the Norgan Fashion Set may be available at a later date, so it should not be described as a still-available 2024 preorder bonus. US PlayStation Store listing.

What can a buyer get now?
As checked on October 4, 2026, the US PlayStation Store displayed the Standard Edition at $39.99. That is a region-specific storefront price, not a universal price or an Amazon price, and it may change. Capcom confirmed a physical PS5 release at launch, but current retailer stock, sellers, and prices are not established here. Capcom’s launch announcement confirms the release date and launch platforms.
For a purchase, check the exact regional store or retailer listing and confirm the platform, edition, format, seller, and current price. Do not assume a listing includes a preorder bonus simply because it mentions a bonus or add-on.
