Chase’s largest surfaced bank promotion for October 2026 is a Chase Private Client Checking offer worth up to $3,000, but the top tier requires at least $500,000 in qualifying new money or securities. Other offers range from $175 to $650 for eligible checking customers, and a savings offer pays up to $200. The offers have different enrollment steps, deposit or transaction requirements, holding periods, and expiration dates; check the linked Chase terms before applying because promotions can change.

How to earn the $3,000 Private Client bonus
The $3,000 figure is the maximum tier, not the standard payout. Chase’s October 2026 offer page sets the bonus by the amount of qualifying new money or securities moved into eligible accounts:
| Qualifying new money or securities | Bonus |
|---|---|
| $150,000–$249,999.99 | $1,000 |
| $250,000–$499,999.99 | $2,000 |
| $500,000 or more | $3,000 |
- Request an offer code from Chase and meet with a Private Client Banker to open an eligible account or upgrade an eligible account.
- Move the qualifying new money or securities into eligible accounts within 45 days.
- Keep at least $150,000 in eligible accounts for 90 days from enrollment.
- After completing all requirements, expect the bonus within 40 days, according to Chase.
Chase defines “new money” as money not already held by you at Chase or its affiliates. Eligible accounts include personal checking and savings accounts, plus certain personal non-retirement J.P. Morgan Wealth Management accounts opened in a Chase branch and serviced by a J.P. Morgan Private Client Advisor. CDs, business checking and savings, self-directed investment accounts, retirement accounts, and insurance products are among the exclusions. Review the offer’s eligible-account definitions and complete terms before transferring assets.

Private Client fee and rate considerations
The account has a $35 monthly service fee unless you qualify for a waiver. Chase lists a $150,000-plus average beginning-day balance across the account and qualifying linked personal deposits or investments, or linkage to a qualifying checking account, as waiver options. Chase says new and converted accounts have no monthly service fee for at least the first two statement periods. The stated checking APY is 0.01%, effective June 26, 2026; it is variable and may change. These terms are separate from the bonus qualification requirements.
