When were Black Friday 2025 and Amazon’s sale?
Black Friday was Friday, November 28, 2025, the day after Thanksgiving. Cyber Monday followed on December 1. Amazon said its U.S. Black Friday Week began November 20 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific time and that its promotions ran through December 1.
The timing matters: the advertised event extended beyond Black Friday itself. An offer associated with the 2025 event was not necessarily available only on November 28. Amazon’s dates describe its own U.S. promotion, not a universal schedule for every retailer.
What kinds of offers did Amazon advertise?
In its descriptions of the past event, Amazon listed offers across home, electronics, beauty, and apparel, with examples also spanning toys and books. Its November 9, 2025 release advertised 55% off a Keurig K-Express Coffee Maker and mentioned discounts on select electronics, toys, and home items.

Can these figures show which retailer had the best deal?
No. The available information does not give comparable product-level prices across retailers, so it cannot support a claim that Amazon—or any other retailer—had the best Black Friday 2025 offer. A meaningful comparison needs the exact product and model, retailer, total price, offer dates, and availability. Without those details for competing listings, a discount headline alone is not enough to establish the best value.

Amazon CEO of Worldwide Amazon Stores Doug Herrington said, “We aim to meet or beat other retailers’ prices every day so customers don’t have to spend time comparing prices.” That is Amazon’s stated position, not independent proof that it matched or beat every competitor’s price on every item.
