Bingage is a loyalty and customer-retention platform with a free Shopify plan and paid plans publicly listed at $29, $109, and $249 per month. The Shopify App Store shows a 5.0 rating, but that score is based on only two reviews, so it is a limited signal—not proof of broad customer satisfaction or return on investment.
The prices below are the latest publicly visible figures for Bingage’s Shopify offering, not a verified archive of prices throughout 2025. Confirm the price, order-count rules, and any messaging charges before subscribing.
What is Bingage?
Bingage is software for businesses that want to encourage repeat purchases and customer engagement through loyalty rewards. Its promoted tools include points, cashback, referrals, coupons, VIP tiers, reward expiry, customer tagging and segmentation, branded wallets, and campaign features. Bingage also promotes API-oriented integration options. It is a loyalty platform, not a general-purpose CRM or a complete email-marketing suite. Bingage’s product site describes use cases across ecommerce, restaurants, retail, salons and spas, grocery, and health and fitness.
For Shopify merchants, the Shopify App Store listing is the clearest public source for self-service plan details. Businesses using other platforms, or operators with multiple locations and custom systems, should ask Bingage about integration scope and commercial terms rather than assume the Shopify prices or feature set apply.

Bingage pricing and plan limits
The Shopify listing shows the following prices in USD and says recurring or usage-based charges recur every 30 days. Bingage’s official pricing page lists the same three paid monthly price points and order thresholds. The public evidence does not establish that these prices remained unchanged throughout 2025.

The official page does not clearly establish the currency in its public pricing display, so the dollar denomination here follows Shopify’s listing.
What the annual prices imply
Compared with paying the displayed monthly price for 12 months, the listed annual prices imply nominal savings of $232 on Starter, $792 on Advance, and $1,832 on Growth. Those calculations use the Shopify listing’s figures; they are not a guarantee that an annual offer is available to every customer or under every billing arrangement. Ask whether the annual price applies to your store and what happens if you cancel early.

How to choose by order volume
- Up to 200 orders a month: the Free plan is the entry point if its one-rule loyalty setup covers your needs.
- Up to 1,000: Starter adds branding, reward expiry, and basic segmentation.
- Up to 6,000: Advance is the first listed tier with VIP tiers, referrals, and coupons.
- Up to 15,000: Growth retains the Advance feature set and lists onboarding and migration support.
The listing gives thresholds but does not settle how Bingage counts orders, treats cancellations or test orders, or handles an over-limit month. If your volume is close to a threshold, get the billing and upgrade rules in writing before choosing a plan.

Bingage says it does not charge a transaction fee or commission on transactions. Its pricing FAQ separately says SMS costs for wallet transactions are borne by the partner. “No transaction commission” therefore should not be read as “no possible extra costs.” Bingage’s pricing FAQ is the source for those statements.
- Ask whether SMS, WhatsApp, or other message-provider charges are pass-through, prepaid, usage-based, or billed separately.
- Confirm whether implementation, custom integrations, or services beyond the listed onboarding and migration support cost extra.
- Check whether payment-processing or other apps in your commerce stack have separate charges; those are not established as included in Bingage’s plan prices.
- For messaging campaigns, estimate usage by event volume, campaign frequency, recipient country, and provider rates, and confirm consent and compliance responsibilities.
Bingage also describes its wallet as closed: balances cannot be redeemed with other merchants. That may suit a store-credit or branded cashback program, but it is not a general-purpose wallet. The pricing FAQ describes this limitation.

What do Bingage reviews say?
Shopify App Store: positive comments, very small sample
The Shopify listing displays a 5.0 rating from two reviews, both five-star. The visible reviews are dated August 12, 2023, and June 25, 2024. Their comments praise ease of setup or use, simplicity, customer support, and loyalty or referral functionality; one reviewer says the free plan was easy to install and configure. These are useful marketplace accounts from a small number of reviewers, not a representative measure of reliability, results, or support quality across customers. See the Shopify listing and reviews.
G2: no review sample
G2’s Bingage page shows zero reviews and a 0/5 rating based on no reviews. That is an absence of review evidence, not a negative assessment by G2 users. G2 says its pricing information was last updated October 10, 2024, so it also should not be treated as a definitive record of 2025 prices.

Bingage publishes testimonials from customers including Mitti Cafe, The Urban Ghumti, The Sensation Hotel, and Ice Balls. One testimonial claims a 15% increase in revenue. That is a Bingage-published customer claim, not an independently audited result; it should not be used to forecast what another business will earn. The testimonials appear on Bingage’s site.

Why the public pricing evidence conflicts
G2’s displayed plan information differs from the Shopify listing, including prices and order limits. The available information does not resolve whether the discrepancy reflects an older version, a different edition or offer, a data-entry issue, or another arrangement. For the publicly advertised Shopify product, the Shopify listing and Bingage’s own pricing page are the more direct references, but buyers should confirm the terms at checkout or with Bingage. Small Shopify stores testing a loyalty program
The Free plan may be a practical way to try the basic points-and-cashback approach within its stated 200-order monthly limit. A store that needs referrals, coupons, VIP tiers, or more than one loyalty rule should compare the paid-tier feature list and confirm which functions are included before installation.
Growing ecommerce and customer-facing businesses
Starter, Advance, and Growth provide rising order limits, while Advance is the first listed plan that includes referrals and VIP tiers. Restaurants, retailers, salons, and other non-Shopify operators should request a demo to establish platform compatibility, implementation scope, and pricing. Bingage’s demo page directs prospective customers to a consultation.

Before adopting Bingage for multiple stores or locations, verify APIs and webhooks, data migration, staff permissions, reporting, support commitments, data export, and implementation costs. The available public plan information alone does not establish how those requirements are handled.

Smile.io, Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals, and LoyaltyLion are other loyalty-platform options; Klaviyo is primarily an email and SMS marketing platform and may be complementary rather than a direct loyalty replacement.
