The 165Hz screen is a capability, not a guarantee that every game will reach 165 frames per second. Actual frame rates depend on the game, settings, power mode and whether the laptop is plugged in.
Cooling features
WePC attributes vapor-chamber cooling, tri-fan cooling, Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal and ROG Intelligent Cooling to the 2025 design. Those are manufacturer or editorial feature descriptions, not independent temperature or noise measurements. A high-power CPU and discrete GPU can still produce substantial heat and fan noise, particularly in performance modes.

ASUS lists RTX 5060 versions with graphics power of up to 115W including Dynamic Boost. That is an advertised maximum and can vary by configuration and operating mode; it should not be treated as a universal measured result.
Upgrade potential
WePC describes tool-free RAM and SSD access, but slot count, maximum memory and warranty treatment should be confirmed for the exact SKU. ASUS listings show some G614 variants supporting up to 64GB and using different memory arrangements. Do not assume that every 16GB model has the same module layout or that every version includes a second M.2 slot.

- Full HD rather than 2.5K: the lower resolution is easier for an RTX 5060 to drive at high frame rates, while ASUS’s sharper 2.5K options demand more GPU power.
- Portability and battery: the powerful components typically mean a larger chassis, substantial power adapter, heat and fan noise. Best performance generally requires AC power.
- Family-level feature confusion: higher-refresh or higher-resolution panels, RTX 5070-class graphics and other specifications belong to different G16 configurations unless the listing explicitly says otherwise.
