Correction first: the widely shared claim that Anker Black Friday deals “still offer up to 50 percent off” refers to an Engadget roundup updated November 29, 2025—not a verified live 2026 promotion. Black Friday 2026 has not started as of October 1, 2026. Anker’s current Black Friday page is live, but it does not confirm that those 2025 prices or discounts remain available. Treat the figures below as historical or date-stamped price signals, and verify the checkout price, seller, coupon and stock before buying.
What the original “up to 50% off” claim covered
Engadget’s November 29, 2025 article linked shoppers to deals including Amazon listings. The headline’s “up to 50 percent” was a ceiling for selected products, not an average discount across Anker’s range. The listed prices were:
| Product | 2025 deal price | Reference price | Approx. saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anker Laptop Power Bank, 25,000mAh, 165W | $88 | $134.99 | $46.99 (34.8%) |
| Nano Ultra-Slim MagSafe power bank, 5,000mAh, 15W | $38.49 | $54.99 | $16.50 (30.0%) |
| MagGo Power Bank, 10,000mAh, Qi2 15W | $55 | $89.99 | $34.99 (38.9%) |
| Nano 3-in-1 Portable Charger, 10,000mAh, 30W | $29.99 | $44.99 | $15.00 (33.3%) |
| Prime Power Bank, 26,000mAh, 300W | $159.99 | $229.99 | $70.00 (30.4%) |
These are historical prices from the November 29, 2025 Engadget roundup. Amazon pricing, coupons, sellers, shipping and returns can differ from Anker.com, and an indexed deal page can remain online after an offer expires.
What Anker’s own 2025 promotion actually promised
Anker’s promotion guide described select products at up to 48% off, rather than a blanket 50% discount. The presale ran November 10–19, 2025, and the main event November 20–December 7, 2025. It also described a $5 early-bird payment for a $30 credit on eligible orders of at least $159, free membership with member pricing, a paid membership advertised at $0.99 initially and renewing at $9.99 per month, and gifts at $79, $99 or $129 spending thresholds. Blind boxes were excluded from additional coupons or credits. Those terms are historical; do not assume they apply in 2026. See the 2025 Anker promotion guide for the original conditions.

Emergency phone backup
A 5,000mAh magnetic battery is compact and convenient, but wireless charging is generally less efficient than USB-C. It requires a MagSafe- or Qi2-compatible iPhone and case alignment; Android phones or nonmagnetic cases may not attach or charge at the advertised rate.

Everyday phone and tablet use
A 10,000mAh model is the practical middle ground. Check USB-C Power Delivery output, whether a stand or built-in cable is included, and whether charging another device simultaneously reduces output.
Laptop travel
Choose a 20,000–26,000mAh bank only when you genuinely need laptop or tablet charging. Verify the laptop’s USB-C requirement, the bank’s maximum output on the specific port, and the cable’s wattage rating. A large nominal discount does not offset unnecessary weight.
Air travel
Do not assume every high-capacity bank is airline-friendly. Check the battery’s watt-hour rating and the current airline and airport carry-on rules before travel.
Rank #3

- Intelligent Power Management: Equipped with ActiveShield 2.0 technology that monitors temperatures 3 million times per day and adjusts power output for reliable performance.
- What You Get: Anker Zolo Power Bank (20K, 30W) with a 5.98-inch (15.2 cm) built-in USB-C cable, welcome guide, 18-month warranty, and our friendly customer service.
Wireless charging stations: specifications that matter
- Qi2 or MagSafe: confirm compatibility with your exact phone and case; a Qi2 label does not guarantee the same speed on every device.
- Included adapter: some stations include a wall adapter, while others require your own.
- Simultaneous charging: verify that phone, watch and earbuds surfaces can operate together without severe power sharing.
- Travel design: foldability, hinge stability and stand adjustment can matter more than a headline wattage.
- Heat: wireless charging can trade convenience for more heat and slower charging than a wired connection.
Wall chargers and adapters
Compact travel
A 30W–45W single-port charger is usually sufficient for a phone or tablet and keeps luggage light. The observed 45W foldable Nano Charger was $29.99 versus $39.99.
Laptop-and-phone charging
A 100W multi-port charger can serve a laptop, phone and accessory, but its 100W figure is a maximum. Power is divided when several ports are occupied, and the laptop and cable must support the intended rate.

Chargers rated 140W–200W make sense for desks, families and several high-power devices. They are unnecessary for a phone-only household and usually less travel-friendly.

How to verify an Anker deal before paying
- Match the exact model name, capacity, output and included accessories; similar Anker names can hide materially different products.
- Open the live retailer page and record the price, seller, shipping charge and stock status.
- Apply or clip any coupon, then confirm that it actually reduced the checkout total.
- Check whether the offer requires an account, membership, spending threshold or subscription.
- Compare at least one authorized seller. A crossed-out MSRP is not proof of the product’s normal street price.
- Review return and warranty terms for Anker direct, Amazon or a third-party seller.
- Confirm that welcome, referral, AnkerCredits and membership discounts can be combined; many promotions exclude stacking.
Current signup and other official-store offers
Anker’s deals page advertises 15% off a next order for new email subscribers, 10% for eligible teachers and students through Student Beans, business discounts of up to 25% on bulk orders, and a 10% referral offer. Eligibility, exclusions and region can apply. Details are on Anker’s official deals page. These are not evidence that a 2026 Black Friday sale is live.
Buy now or wait for Black Friday 2026?
Buy now
Buy when the product solves an immediate need and its current price is close to a price you have documented at authorized retailers. A modest discount can be worthwhile for a needed charger or replacement cable.
Wait
Wait when the current reduction is small, you do not need the item, or you are considering a flagship battery whose street price often differs from MSRP. Black Friday and Cyber Monday prices may be similar, but stock can change.
Best Value

- Anker's First 250W Dual-Port Input—Recharge to 50% in Just 13 Minutes: With industry-leading 250W dual USB-C input, recharge the power bank to 50% in 13 minutes or 40% in just 10 minutes. Ideal for high-turnaround moments like busy mornings or airport layovers when every minute counts.
- Huge Power That's Ready to Fly: Delivers 26,250mAh (99.75Wh) of TSA-approved capacity to charge a MacBook Pro (M4) up to 0.8 times.

Buy only if needed
Use this verdict for expensive, high-capacity banks and high-wattage desktop chargers. Newer charging standards and recently launched models may not receive the deepest discounts, while older batteries may have spent longer in inventory.
Bottom line
The “up to 50% off” headline describes selected 2025 deals, not a verified 2026 sale. For current purchases, match the exact model to your use case, calculate savings from the actual checkout price, and verify retailer, coupon, stock, warranty and return terms. Monitor Anker’s Black Friday page as the 2026 event approaches, but do not treat an old deal roundup as a live offer.
