TechRadar’s 9 October live roundup recorded 32 discounts that were still showing immediately afterwards, including a Blink Mini 2 from £14.49. Those were historical October 2025 prices, not prices confirmed today (30 September 2026). Amazon listings, stock, sellers and checkout prices may have changed or disappeared.
Use the list below as a dated buying record and a shortlist of products worth checking, not as proof that any offer remains live. The original live coverage is at TechRadar’s Prime Big Deal Days UK 2025 page.
What Prime Big Deal Days was—and what “still available” meant
Amazon’s autumn Prime event ran in the UK on 7 and 8 October 2025. The roundup was updated on 9 October, after the event’s official close, to identify discounts that had not yet been removed. Some were Prime-only; others were ordinary Amazon reductions. Trials and subscriptions had separate eligibility rules, and the Blink Mini 2 offer was specifically described as not requiring Prime membership.
Amazon can leave a product page online after a promotion ends, while changing the price, seller, delivery terms or stock. Check the final basket total at Amazon UK, and do not treat a crossed-out reference price as proof of a recent low.
#1 Best Overall
- Your favorite music and content – Play music, audiobooks, and podcasts from Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify and others or via Bluetooth throughout your home.
- Alexa is happy to help – Ask Alexa for weather updates and to set hands-free timers, get answers to your questions and even hear jokes. Need a few extra minutes in the morning? Just tap your Echo Dot to snooze your alarm.
- Keep your home comfortable – Control compatible smart home devices with your voice and routines triggered by built-in motion or indoor temperature sensors. Create routines to automatically turn on lights when you walk into a room, or start a fan if the inside temperature goes above your comfort zone.
- Do more with device pairing – Fill your home with music using compatible Echo devices in different rooms, or create a home theatre system with Fire TV.
- Say goodbye to drop-offs and buffering - With eero Built-in, Echo Dot doubles as a mesh wifi extender, adding up to 1,000 sq. ft. of wifi coverage to your existing eero network.
The strongest historical bargains
- Best cheap smart-home buy: Blink Mini 2, if you accept its limitations and verify whether the weather-resistant adaptor is included.
- Best streaming upgrade: Fire TV Stick 4K for a compatible 4K television, rather than the slower HD model.
- Best appliance: Ninja Foodi Dual Zone AF300UK, provided it fits your worktop.
- Best basic tracker: Samsung Galaxy Fit3; it is not a full smartwatch.
- Best Apple choice: AirPods 4 for an iPhone owner, or the iPad A16 for a general-purpose tablet buyer.
- Biggest recurring-cost warning: Ring and Blink cameras can require a paid plan for cloud history and advanced features.

Subscriptions and “free” trials
The roundup mentioned a Blink plan at £2.50 per month, four months of Amazon Music Unlimited and three months of Kindle Unlimited. Those were promotional terms in October 2025. Eligibility, prices and renewal dates can change.
- Read the renewal date before accepting a trial.
- Cancel in the relevant Amazon account settings before the paid period if you do not want to continue.
- For Blink and Ring, check what works without a plan: live viewing may remain available while recording history, detection and cloud storage are restricted.
When to skip the apparent bargain
- Choose Roku or Google TV if you do not want Amazon’s Fire TV ecosystem.
- Choose Google Nest, Apple Home-compatible or local-storage cameras if recurring cloud fees are unacceptable.
- Choose a current iPad or broader Android tablet for demanding productivity, games or app-store access.
- Do not buy Eero 6 specifically for Wi-Fi 6E/7 features or advanced routing.
- Do not buy a basic Fire TV for console gaming without checking HDMI 2.1, variable refresh rate, input lag and refresh rate.
- Do not buy the Galaxy Fit3 expecting calls, apps or standalone smartwatch functions.
Checklist before paying
- Open the listing through Amazon UK’s deals page and confirm the live price at checkout.
- Verify the exact generation, storage, colour, bundle and UK model number.
- Check whether the seller is Amazon or a marketplace seller, and review fulfilment, warranty and returns.
- Confirm Prime eligibility rather than assuming every discount is Prime-exclusive—or that none is.
- Calculate subscriptions, replacement accessories, a soundbar, wall mount or other required extras.
- For appliances, TVs and SSDs, measure the space and confirm technical compatibility before ordering.
- Compare with current models and recent price history; an old “was” price is not automatically a bargain.
For current specifications, use the relevant UK manufacturer pages: Blink, Ring, Amazon Devices, Fire TV, Kindle, Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Ninja, Fitbit, Dyson and LEGO.
