Vtiger is a cloud CRM that combines sales, marketing, customer support, projects, and inventory functions in one product. Its official pricing page lists four paid One plans at annual-billing rates of US$12 to US$50 per user per month for Standard users, plus a free Pilot edition. Whether it fits your business depends on which apps and limits you need—not just the headline price.

What Vtiger CRM includes

Vtiger organizes its product around a set of apps for sales, marketing, help desk, projects, and inventory. The breadth may suit a company that wants several customer-facing and operational workflows in one CRM. The capabilities below are Vtiger’s own plan descriptions, not independent assessments of performance.

Sales, marketing, and support

Vtiger describes One Growth as including contact, account, and lead management; campaigns; help desk and customer portal functions; inventory and invoicing; reports and dashboards; and AI capabilities. Professional adds advanced sales and marketing functions, help desk features, subscription and vendor management, collaboration and live chat, and process automation. Vtiger’s pricing page lists these plan groupings.

Operations and AI

Enterprise adds capabilities such as multi-currency support, contact engagement insights, internal ticketing, work orders, and advanced project and operational insights. Vtiger describes One AI as combining Enterprise capabilities with Calculus AI features, including predictive and generative AI, natural-language querying, voice-assistant integration, and AI design tools. These are vendor descriptions and may change as packaging evolves; see Vtiger’s Feature Limits page for its description of One AI.

Vtiger CRM pricing

The following prices were listed on Vtiger’s official pricing page on October 8, 2026. They are per user per month with annual billing, in US dollars; local taxes are additional. Standard users have access across Vtiger’s five apps. Single App users have full access to one app and view-only access to the others.

Plan Standard user, annual billing Single App user, annual billing
One Growth US$12 per user per month Not listed for this plan on Vtiger’s pricing page
One Professional US$30 per user per month US$20 per user per month
One Enterprise US$42 per user per month US$30 per user per month
One AI US$50 per user per month US$38 per user per month

Vtiger also lists One Pilot as a free edition. Its edition comparison gives Pilot a maximum of 10 users and 3,000 records; Growth is capped at 15 users and 100,000 records. The higher tiers are listed with unlimited users and records. The comparison also shows tier-specific availability or caps for items such as workflows, reports, email campaigns, storage, integrations, and customization, so check the precise limits for your intended setup rather than assuming a paid plan means unlimited use.

How to decide whether Vtiger fits

Vtiger may be worth evaluating if your team wants sales, marketing, support, and operational functions in one system. A broad feature list alone does not establish a good fit: the decisive question is whether your actual users, workflows, and required limits are supported at a sustainable total cost.

  • Map the workflows. Identify which teams need CRM access and whether projects, inventory, invoicing, campaigns, or customer support must live in the same platform.
  • Choose license types by role. Price the mix of Standard users and Single App users you actually need; the access models differ.
  • Check limits at the intended tier. Confirm records, storage, workflows, reports, email campaigns, custom fields, integrations, and any add-ons against Vtiger’s edition comparison.
  • Validate integrations and API needs. Confirm that the plan supports the systems and data flows your business relies on.
  • Budget for the full rollout. Include the selected billing cadence, seat mix, taxes, migration, configuration, and any required add-ons in your cost estimate.
  • Test the practical setup. Use a trial or a limited pilot to verify permissions, data structure, automations, and reporting with representative workflows before moving business-critical records.

Vtiger alternatives to compare

Third-party directories provide a useful shortlist, not a like-for-like product test. Capterra’s Vtiger alternatives page lists Kylas Sales CRM, Bigin by Zoho CRM, monday CRM, and Salesforce Sales Cloud. G2’s Vtiger listing identifies HubSpot Sales Hub and Zoho CRM among alternatives. See the listings at Capterra and G2.

Compare candidates using equivalent requirements and commercial assumptions:

  • Annual versus monthly billing, region, taxes, and the mix of user roles or seat types.
  • Whether your teams need sales alone or a shared platform for marketing, support, projects, and inventory.
  • Limits on records, storage, automation, email, reports, and customization.
  • Required integrations, API access, and migration effort.
  • The features available at the specific plan you can afford, rather than features advertised across the whole product range.

Current competitor pricing and feature availability have not been established on a matched geography, billing, and seat basis here. Do not infer that Vtiger is cheaper or more feature-rich; obtain current quotes and compare equivalent workflows.
