What does Petpooja Payroll cost in 2026?
The vendor describes Attendo’s pricing as a flat annual software fee, without per-employee charges or feature tiers. Its official product page does not state a current itemized price and directs prospective customers to request a demo. Petpooja’s rename announcement says existing customers’ pricing carries over, but that does not establish the price for a new customer.
Techjockey lists ₹7,000 excluding taxes. This is a third-party marketplace listing, not a confirmed current quote from Petpooja or Attendo. The listing does not establish the full cost of a deployment, including any hardware, installation, GST, onboarding, support, contract, or renewal charges.
What to request in a quote
Ask Attendo for an itemized written quote covering the subscription term and renewal amount, and clarify whether the fee includes the attendance device, setup, training, and ongoing support. The company’s terms, last updated March 26, 2025, specify an initial subscription period of at least 12 months and say subscription fees are notified by the company from time to time. Read the current agreement before committing.

What is Attendo, formerly Petpooja Payroll?
Attendo is the current name for Petpooja Payroll. In its August 2026 announcement, the vendor said the change updates the product name, website, and app listings, while existing users keep their login, employee data, punch history, payslips, devices, pricing, and support. Existing customers were told they do not need to reinstall the app or buy the product again. The company also said it is positioning the service for businesses beyond restaurants, including offices, factories, hospitals, retail, salons, and education.
The vendor presents Attendo as a hardware-and-software system for attendance and payroll. Its product materials describe biometric fingerprint and face attendance, location-based punches, timesheets, monthly and hourly wages, overtime and late-entry rules, leave management, shifts, employee advances with salary deductions, payslips, and reports exportable to Excel or Google Sheets. The vendor also describes owner and employee apps, multi-location operations, and 24×7×365 support. These are vendor-stated features, not independent test results or a compliance audit.

The company’s terms describe the service as including employee onboarding, daily attendance tracking, attendance reporting, payroll calculations, and salary slips. They identify Prayosha Food Services Private Limited as the company operating Petpooja Payroll. Because those terms predate the rename, review the current agreement and confirm the contracting entity and service commitments before purchase.
What do Petpooja Payroll reviews say?
Techjockey’s marketplace page displays a 4.1/5 overall rating, with scores of 4.2 for features, 4.0 for value, 4.5 for ease of use, and 4.0 for customer support. It also reports four verified ratings and 95% recommending the product, but the same page says, “No reviews are currently available for Petpooja Payroll.”

- Devices and attendance rules: Confirm that your existing or planned hardware is supported. Test fingerprint, face, or location-based punches only if you intend to use them, and verify how missed punches and corrections are handled.
- Outlets and shifts: Walk through multi-location reporting, overnight shifts, multiple shifts, hourly and monthly wages, overtime, and late-entry rules using representative examples from your operation.
- Leave and deductions: Check leave types, paid and unpaid balances, approvals, advances, and how deductions appear in payroll and payslips.
- Payroll obligations: The vendor describes PF, ESIC, and professional-tax breakdowns. Confirm the calculations against your organization’s actual requirements and have a qualified adviser review statutory treatment where needed; feature descriptions are not proof of compliance.
- Data and exports: Test the reports you need and verify Excel or Google Sheets exports, access permissions, and how records can be retrieved if you leave the service. The terms say terminated account content may be deleted subject to legal retention requirements.
Attendo may merit consideration if a bundled attendance-and-payroll system and flat annual pricing suit your operation. The available information does not establish a complete current price or a substantial independent review record, so base a decision on an itemized quote, a workflow-specific demo, and the current contract.
