Paris Hilton’s 11:11 Media Impact raised $800,000 for Los Angeles fire victims by January 14, 2025, according to the Associated Press. Later AP reporting put the first-week total at $1.2 million. Hilton’s Malibu home was destroyed in the Palisades Fire; her relief effort focused on families displaced by the fires and animals in need.
How much did Paris Hilton raise for LA fire victims?
The reported total changed as fundraising continued. On January 14, the Associated Press reported that Hilton had raised $800,000 for fire victims. The January 14 report also said Hilton donated $150,000 for families displaced by the Eaton Fire. That is a specific donation and allocation; the reporting does not establish that it should be added to either fundraising total.
What did the January emergency fund support?
Hilton announced the emergency fund through 11:11 Media Impact on January 10, 2025, to support families who had lost their homes in the fires. Initial coverage described collaboration with emergency-relief organization CORE. The effort also included support for animals, and Hilton volunteered with Baby2Baby and the Pasadena Humane Society. Hilton’s own loss was tied to the Palisades Fire: her Malibu home was destroyed. The Eaton Fire was a separate part of the regional disaster, and the later business grants described below were for businesses affected by that fire. [Associated Press]

In March and April 2025, 11:11 Media Impact took part in a separate recovery program with GoFundMe.org and the Pasadena Women’s Business Center. It provided grants of up to $25,000 to 50 women-owned businesses affected by the Eaton Fire. This was later small-business recovery aid, distinct from the January emergency fund for displaced families and animal relief. What the totals do—and do not—mean
- The $800,000 figure is the amount the AP reported raised by January 14, 2025.
- The $1.2 million figure is the AP’s later report of what 11:11 Media Impact raised in the first week after the fires.
- The $150,000 Eaton Fire donation is separately described in the January 14 report; it should not be added to those totals without evidence that it is separate from them.
- The later grants were capped at $25,000 per recipient for 50 women-owned businesses affected by the Eaton Fire, not a continuation of the original family emergency fund.
