AOL published its list on October 6, while Prime Big Deal Days was reported to run October 6–7. That puts Thursday, October 8, after the sale window; the cited information does not establish that any listed price or item is still available.
Why the October 6 list is not a Thursday deal list
AOL’s October 6 roundup named 10 products and listed some sale prices. Separate search-result reporting placed Prime Big Deal Days on October 6–7. Neither source confirms that those offers continued on October 8, or that the products remained in stock.

In the roundup, AOL described its picks as exclusive to Prime members. That describes the offers as presented on October 6; it does not establish the terms of any live listing on Thursday. The roundup also said it price-checked its picks, but the accessible text does not provide a consistent price-history method. A listed price alone therefore cannot show whether a discount is good value.

What to check before treating an Amazon listing as a deal
For a current Thursday roundup, verify each listing rather than carrying an earlier sale price forward. Check the exact product variant and seller, the price and stock shown at the time of publication, whether Prime membership is required, and how the price compares with a trustworthy recent or regular price. Without a consistent price-history comparison, a discount label or an older roundup price does not establish value.
