Pulsz Bingo’s Terms of Use say players must be at least 21, or meet a higher local age requirement, and list multiple restricted territories. But the operator’s terms, support page, age FAQ and App Store listing give conflicting location information. Availability on the app or website does not prove that playing is legal where you live. Check the latest operator terms and your state’s current official rules before creating an account or making a purchase.
What is Pulsz Bingo?
Pulsz Bingo is an online bingo service operated by Yellow Social Interactive Limited, according to its Terms of Use, version 3.2, updated September 1, 2026. The terms describe virtual coins and games for personal entertainment, say the service does not offer real-money gambling, and state that no purchase is necessary to enter or win a promotional contest or giveaway.
That is the operator’s description of its service, not an independent legal determination. Whether a particular game or promotion complies with a state’s law depends on the applicable law and the product’s mechanics; a “sweepstakes” label or statement in terms does not settle that question.
Is Pulsz Bingo legal to play?
Answer that by separating three questions: whether Pulsz Bingo permits access from your location, what your state’s law says about the game and prizes, and whether a regulator or court has taken a position on the operator or comparable services. These questions can have different answers. The operator’s location check is not a legal ruling, and the state examples below do not establish the law in every other state.

Illinois: a regulator’s allegation, not a court judgment
On February 4, 2026, the Illinois Gaming Board sent Pulsz a cease-and-desist letter. The board alleged that Pulsz’s prize-bearing online casino activity violated Illinois law and demanded that the company block Illinois residents or discontinue prizes. The letter states, “Consequently, Pulsz’s activity constitutes illegal gambling in violation of Illinois law.” That is the regulator’s conclusion in its letter—not a court judgment, and not an adjudication specifically about Pulsz Bingo.
Maine: a law effective July 29, 2026
Maine’s Department of Public Safety said a law prohibiting defined online sweepstakes games took effect July 29, 2026. The agency’s description covers internet-accessible games using a dual-currency system that simulate casino-style games, including bingo. Its advisory cautions: “Patrons who choose to engage with unlicensed platforms do so at their own risk.” The agency’s description is relevant to the state’s rules, but does not by itself resolve how every product or promotion is treated.
New York: a statute addressing online sweepstakes games
New York’s official statute page shows a December 12, 2025 revision of § 912, titled “Prohibition of online sweepstakes games and revenue from illegal markets.” The section defines online sweepstakes games using a dual-currency model and includes bingo among examples of simulated casino-style gaming. The operator’s Terms of Use list New York as a restricted territory.

Florida: a state agency says its filing is not approval
Florida’s Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services says it does not regulate internet casinos and advises people to contact local law enforcement or private counsel about the legality of a particular operation. The department also says that filing a game promotion with it is not an endorsement, approval or recommendation. A filing or other administrative step should not be treated as proof that an online service is lawful.

These examples show why a general claim that Pulsz Bingo is legal everywhere it can be accessed would be too broad. State laws, effective dates, regulator positions and the details of a particular game or promotion matter.
What states can you play Pulsz Bingo in?
The operator’s published location disclosures do not match, so they do not provide one dependable state-by-state answer. The Terms of Use, version 3.2 updated September 1, 2026, list these restricted territories:

- Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Alabama, Tennessee, Connecticut, New York, West Virginia, Louisiana, Maryland, California and Arizona.
The terms separately say certain promotions are limited in Mississippi, New Jersey, Indiana, Maine and Oklahoma. A promotion restriction is not necessarily the same as a full service restriction.
Other operator disclosures differ:
- The support page claims availability in “45 US states and the District of Columbia,” but its listed states include Arizona, California and Louisiana, which the Terms of Use identify as restricted. Its “not accessible” list omits New York, which the terms restrict.
- The age FAQ names Idaho, Nevada, Michigan and Washington as exclusions, a shorter list than the terms.
- The Apple App Store description includes Arizona among unavailable states but omits California and Louisiana, both of which the terms restrict.
Because of these inconsistencies, do not treat the support page’s 45-state claim, the age FAQ, or the App Store description as a verified legal availability map. Check the latest Terms of Use and the operator’s live location check, then consult current official information for your state. An operator allowing access does not establish that local law permits the activity.

The Terms of Use updated September 1, 2026 set the minimum at 21 or the higher legal age in the player’s location. The App Store displays an 18+ age rating, but that is the platform’s content-rating label; it does not override the operator’s stated eligibility rule. Use the operator’s age requirement, not the store rating, when deciding whether you qualify.

Are Pulsz Bingo purchases required, and do coins have cash value?
The terms say a purchase is not required to create an account or play. Purchases may provide access to certain virtual coins or games and remove ads, but the operator says buying does not increase a chance of winning. The terms describe virtual coins as non-transferable and having no cash value. The App Store listing identifies Pulsz Bingo as free with in-app purchases.
The terms also say purchases are final, are made in U.S. dollars and may be processed by third-party payment agents. The name on the payment method must match the account name. These are the operator’s stated conditions; they do not guarantee a prize or establish a player’s legal right to participate in a particular promotion.

If the operator requests information or other steps, the terms give players 90 days to provide the information and complete the requirements. A request still pending after that period is automatically declined; the applicable virtual coins are returned, and the player may submit a new request under the terms. Read the rules for the specific promotion and respond to requests within the stated period.
Is Pulsz Bingo legit?
The available information establishes that the App Store listing names Yellow Social Interactive as the app developer and describes the app as an entertainment product with in-app purchases. The operator’s terms explain its virtual coins, eligibility rules and redemption conditions. Those disclosures help describe how the service presents itself, but they do not independently verify the fairness of every game, guarantee a redemption, or determine whether participation is lawful in a particular state.
Before using the service, read the current terms and promotion rules, confirm your state’s eligibility through official sources, and understand that purchases are final under the terms and coins are not cash. If your decision depends on how a state law applies to you, consult an appropriate state agency or qualified legal professional.
