OJEE 2024 registration dates and deadlines
The OJEE notice issued on 24 January 2024 announced that online applications would begin the next day. The brochure listed 15 March as the original final date to fill in an application. An extension notice dated 14 March changed the final-submission deadline to 22 March at 11:59 PM.

For the historical timeline, the key distinction is that 15 March was the original deadline, while 22 March was the extended final-submission deadline. The correction and fee-payment period was separate. OJEE applications were made online through the official OJEE application notice.

The notice routed some other admissions to different entrance tests: JEE Main 2024 for B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Plan and Integrated M.Sc.; NEET UG 2024 for MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS; and AIAPGET 2024 for postgraduate Homeopathy and Ayurveda. Applicants needed to check the relevant exam route for their intended course rather than assume every Odisha admission was through OJEE.
OJEE 2024 exam and result schedule
The computer-based examination took place on dates within 6–10 May 2024. The official materials give this overall window, not an individual candidate’s course-specific date and time. Admit-card downloads were scheduled to begin from 30 April. The brochure described the first week of June as the probable result period, not a guaranteed declaration date.
Eligibility and application details
The OJEE notice directed applicants to read the Information Brochure and the Instructions to Fill Online Application Form for detailed eligibility criteria, reservation policy, exam pattern and syllabus. Those materials are the appropriate reference for course-specific requirements; the application notice alone does not establish every form field, required document, fee amount or category-specific rule.
The 2024 notice also stated that candidates from outside Odisha were not eligible for admission to government colleges, but could be eligible for private colleges under Odisha government rules. This describes the 2024 notice and should not be treated as current-cycle eligibility guidance.

The application window, correction period and examination for OJEE 2024 have all passed. The current OJEE Information page lists materials for later cycles, including 2026. Anyone applying in a future cycle should use the current cycle’s notice, brochure and application instructions rather than rely on 2024 dates or rules.
