The OPSC website provides a Candidate’s Corner link labeled “Download Admission Certificate,” but its homepage snapshot dated October 6, 2026 does not show a notice confirming that a Lecturer Group B admit card has been issued. Check the official notice for your exact recruitment before attempting to download a certificate.

A matching Hindustan Times report describes a previous release on January 16, 2024, for Lecturer recruitment in 13 disciplines under the Odisha Technical Education & Training Service Cadre (Group B). That is a historical release, not evidence that a new certificate is available now. Read the 2024 report only as background.
How to reach the official download route
- Open the OPSC official website.
- In Candidate’s Corner, select “Download Admission Certificate.”
- Find the notice or recruitment entry matching your exact Lecturer Group B advertisement and cadre.
- Follow the instructions in that official notice. The fields required for this specific recruitment have not been established here, so do not assume which login details are needed.
If you cannot find a matching notice, do not rely on a third-party download page or enter personal details there. The current exam date and recruitment-specific certificate instructions are also unconfirmed; use the relevant official notice for those details.
