The Odisha Civil Services (OCS) 2024 Preliminary Examination admission certificate—commonly called the admit card—was reported released on 4 October 2025. The exam took place on 12 October 2025, so this is a historical update, not a notice of an upcoming release. Candidates were directed to the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) website to download the Admission Certificate and Instructions to Candidates.
When was the OPSC OCS Prelims 2024 admit card released?
OPSC’s announced release date was 4 October 2025. The exam was for the Odisha Civil Services 2024 recruitment cycle, Advertisement No. 07 of 2024-25. The Commission’s notice wording, reproduced in Scroll’s contemporaneous report, advised candidates to visit opsc.gov.in to download their “Admission Certificate & Instructions to Candidates.” OPSC uses “Admission Certificate” as its official label; “admit card” is the familiar search term.

The date and release were reported at the time by Scroll and reflected in the historical listing. The Commission’s current visible notice list has moved on to 2026 notices. That does not establish whether an archival record or candidate-login route remains available.
