SalaryLeaks’ 2026/27 estimates list four Norwich City players jointly highest at £30,000 a week, with Anthony Musaba next at £27,000. These are estimates, not confirmed club payroll figures; the provider says comprehensive Championship salary data is rarely published.
Norwich City’s five highest-paid players in 2026/27
SalaryLeaks’ Norwich City page, last updated September 23, 2026, gives the following estimated figures. The top four are tied, so a five-player list includes four joint leaders and the next player on the list.
| Player | Estimated gross fixed pay per week | Estimated annual base | Estimated annual bonus shown |
|---|---|---|---|
| Andre Brooks | £30,000 | £1.6 million | £390,000 |
| Kenny McLean | £30,000 | £1.6 million | £390,000 |
| Mathias Kvistgaarden | £30,000 | £1.6 million | £390,000 |
| Jack Stacey | £30,000 | £1.6 million | £390,000 |
| Anthony Musaba | £27,000 | £1.4 million | £210,600 |
SalaryLeaks’ 2026/27 Norwich City estimates distinguish estimated gross fixed weekly pay and annual base from a separate estimated annual bonus. The bonus figures should be treated as possible additional compensation, not guaranteed earnings.
How reliable are the wage figures?
Individual Norwich player contracts are not established as a public, verified salary ranking in the sources available. SalaryLeaks says that because comprehensive EFL Championship salary data is rarely published, many figures are informed estimates based on available reporting and club wage-bill information. Its numbers should therefore be described as estimates rather than official disclosures.

A second provider, Capology, also labels its Norwich figures estimates and says they are not official. Its current 2026/27 search-result summary puts Jack Stacey at an estimated £30,000 per week and the club’s fixed annual wages at an estimated £22.49 million, excluding bonuses. SalaryLeaks gives a £26 million 2026/27 club wage bill including bonuses. Those club-wide totals have different stated scopes and are not audited totals directly comparable with one another; neither verifies an individual contract.
The exact contractual amounts, bonus triggers, image-rights payments and other clauses for these players are not established by the cited sources. Norwich City’s annual report search result records up to £57,469,000 in additional payments that could become payable if conditions in transfer and player contracts at June 30, 2025 are fulfilled. That is contingent aggregate contractual exposure, not annual wages or the salary of any one player.

How the list compares with 2025/26
SalaryLeaks’ prior-season page, last updated June 17, 2026, listed Shane Duffy and Jack Stacey jointly at an estimated £35,000 per week (£1.8 million annually). Mathias Kvistgaarden followed at £27,000 per week (£1.4 million annually), with Ante Crnac and Harry Darling tied next at £25,000 per week (£1.3 million annually). See the 2025/26 Norwich City estimates.
The 2026/27 estimate list is different: it places four players at £30,000 per week and Musaba next. The change between provider lists does not establish that any player received a raise, pay cut, new contract or different bonus arrangement; the sources do not explain the cause.

What other club costs do—and do not—show
Club wage bills and agent fees are broader or separate financial measures, not substitutes for an individual player’s salary. The FA’s agent-fees report lists Norwich City net agent fees of £2,635,111 for 2024/25 and £4,020,206 for 2025/26. Those fees are a separate cost category, not player wages. The club’s contingent contractual exposure likewise cannot be used to calculate this five-player ranking.
