It was described as a reverse acquisition—a route to a public-company listing, not a conventional initial public offering (IPO). The company later changed its name to Mike Lindell Media Corp. and its ticker to MLMC, while FrankSpeech was rebranded LindellTV.
What did Lindell announce in 2024?
On August 29, 2024, InCapta and FrankSpeech announced a business combination. InCapta’s release described the transaction as a reverse acquisition and said the plan included a reverse stock split, followed by a change in ticker. The announcement is the basis for the headline that Lindell was taking his social media company public; it does not describe a traditional IPO in which a company sells newly issued shares to the public through an underwriting process. The transaction announcement set out the proposed route and its conditions.
The release said the ticker was expected to change from INCTD to FSBN after a 20-business-day period following the reverse split. That was the proposed sequence in the 2024 announcement, not the company’s later ticker. A planned transaction and ticker change should not be confused with proof that each forecast or initiative described in the release was completed.
What happened to the company name and ticker?
The corporate identity subsequently changed. In an April 23, 2025 release, the company said FINRA had processed its requested name change to Mike Lindell Media Corp. and ticker change to MLMC. The same release said FrankSpeech had been rebranded LindellTV in February 2025, and FrankSocial had become VOCL in September 2024. The corporate-action announcement is the source for those changes.

A March 12, 2026 company release continued to identify the issuer as OTC: MLMC. That establishes how the company identified itself in that release, not its live quote, current share price, or investment merits. The March 2026 release provides that later naming and ticker context.
What audience figures did the company report?
The August 2024 transaction announcement said the FrankSpeech Network had 7.2 million monthly viewers, 150 million annual impressions, and more than 70,000 FrankSocial accounts. Those are figures reported by the company in that announcement; the release does not independently verify them. They also refer to different measures—viewers, impressions, and accounts—so they are not interchangeable counts of people.

In April 2025, Mike Lindell Media Corp. reported more than 7 million monthly viewers across its platforms. That, too, is a company claim in its corporate release, not an audited or independently verified audience measure in the cited material. The figures should therefore be read as issuer-reported claims rather than confirmed audience statistics.
Which parts of the plan were projections?
The 2024 release discussed expansion, audience growth, subscriptions, and other plans. Such statements were forward-looking: the release cautioned that actual results could differ materially. The announcement alone does not establish that those targets or initiatives were achieved. For a personal-finance reader, the distinction matters: a public-company transaction announcement and a company’s stated growth plans are not evidence of business performance or a reason to buy or sell a security.

How to read the headline
Gizmodo’s August 30, 2024 headline described Lindell as taking his social media company public. That is a useful shorthand for the announced deal, but the transaction details support the more precise description: FrankSpeech announced a reverse acquisition/business combination with publicly traded InCapta. Contemporaneous coverage used the headline framing; the issuer release provides the deal mechanics.
In short, the public-market story began with an announced reverse acquisition, then the company later reported its name and ticker as Mike Lindell Media Corp. and MLMC. The earlier proposed FSBN ticker is not the later ticker identified in the company’s 2025 and 2026 releases.
