The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the NEET UG 2025 admit card on 30 April 2025 at neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates needed to sign in with their application credentials to download it. The exam took place on 4 May 2025, so the original “likely soon” alert is now historical; the official portal has moved on to later exam-cycle material.
How to download the NEET UG 2025 admit card
- Open the official NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in.
- Use the candidate login and enter the credentials requested on the portal.
- Open and download the NEET UG 2025 admit card, then check the examination-centre details printed on it.
- Read the card’s instructions and the applicable information bulletin. The 2025 bulletin said the admit card would not be sent by post and advised candidates to preserve it.
NTA’s 30 April 2025 release notice directed candidates to download the card from the official website using their login credentials. It listed 011-40759000 / 011-69227700 and [email protected] for assistance with downloading. These were contacts for the 2025 release, not confirmed current contacts for another exam year.
NEET UG 2025 admit card release and exam dates
NTA’s information bulletin had said city intimation would be announced by 26 April 2025 and admit-card downloads would be available by 1 May 2025. Those were planned deadlines. NTA’s later public notice confirmed the actual admit-card release on 30 April 2025; the examination was held on 4 May 2025.
City intimation slip versus admit card
NTA issued the advance examination-city intimation notice on 23 April 2025. The slip told applicants the city in which their examination centre would be located; it was not the admit card. NTA explicitly stated that the city notice was not the NEET UG 2025 admit card. Candidates still needed to download the admit card separately and check it for their allotted centre.

What the 2025 bulletin said to bring on exam day
The NEET UG 2025 information bulletin specified the following items:
- A printed copy of the downloaded admit card.
- A passport-size photograph matching the photograph uploaded with the application, plus one additional matching passport-size photograph.
- A 4 × 6 inch colour photograph for the proforma downloaded with the admit card.
- An original, valid photo ID.
These are historical instructions for the 2025 exam. Candidates for a different year should use that year’s bulletin and admit card instructions rather than assume the same document requirements apply.
