Architectural Digest reported on September 15, 2022, that Madison Beer bought Ashley Tisdale’s Hollywood Hills home for $5.9 million. That is the reported sale price in 2022—not an estimate of what the property is worth today.
How much did Madison Beer pay for the house?
Architectural Digest reported the sale at $5.9 million and attributed the purchase report to Dirt. The article did not cite a deed or other public record confirming the transaction price, so the figure is best described as a reported sale price, not independently verified here. Read Architectural Digest’s September 15, 2022 report.
The same article says Tisdale had bought the property for $4.2 million. These two reported transaction figures do not establish Tisdale’s net profit: they do not account for costs, taxes, financing, or renovation spending. Nor do they establish the house’s current market value.
What is known about the property?
Architectural Digest described the house as a 1923 build with approximately 4,400 square feet, three bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The article characterized its style as Mediterranean-villa-inspired. These are reported property details, not measurements independently verified here.

Which design details belong to Ashley Tisdale’s era?
The interiors shown in Architectural Digest’s 2022 coverage reflect Tisdale’s styling before the reported sale. She described the home as the first one she decorated on her own, without her previous AD 100 design collaborators. The article also noted her launch of Frenshe Interiors during the pandemic and described her use of warm-toned, plush furnishings in contrast with earlier stark-white listing images.
Among the specifically identified furnishings were an &Tradition Little Petra chair and pouf in the main bedroom. An earlier Architectural Digest home tour also documents Tisdale’s design choices. These details describe the former owner’s design—not furniture Madison Beer is known to have chosen, kept, or currently owns.

No. The $5.9 million figure is the reported 2022 sale price. The cited coverage does not establish Beer’s current ownership or occupancy, the home’s present condition, any later renovations, or its present value. A past transaction price alone cannot answer what the property would sell for now.
