What does Jennifer Garner have to do with Once Upon a Farm?
Garner is described in the final prospectus as a co-founder and is known in the company’s marketing as “Farmer Jen.” The prospectus says she partnered with Foraker in 2017, after Curtis and Raz founded the business. A February 5, 2026 SEC ownership filing identifies her as a director and a 10% owner at that date; that dated filing does not establish her current ownership. Her Form 3 filing reports the ownership information.
A May 2026 SEC filing says the company amended Garner’s spokesperson and co-founder agreement to provide an additional $3 million in cash consideration over a two-year period beginning January 2027, for certain promotional activities and subject to continued service. This is contractual compensation, not IPO proceeds or stock compensation. The company’s May 2026 filing describes the amendment.

What does public benefit corporation status mean for investors?
Once Upon a Farm elected public benefit corporation status under Delaware law in March 2021. Its prospectus lists purposes involving childhood nutrition, product access and nutrient quality, sustainability, farmers, organic foods, and community engagement. It also says the company must balance stockholders’ financial interests with the interests of materially affected stakeholders, and that this may lead to decisions that do not maximize stockholder value. That is a stated feature of its corporate structure, not a prediction about any particular decision. The prospectus describes the company’s benefit purposes and related duties.

An IPO price, an amount raised, and a quarter of fast sales growth do not by themselves establish whether a stock is suitable or fairly valued. The figures above are historical company disclosures through Q2 2026; they do not provide a current share price, market capitalization, or later financial results. Anyone considering the stock should consult current trading data and subsequent filings, and weigh reported losses and management’s non-GAAP guidance alongside sales growth.
