Zuffa Boxing 04 took place on March 8, 2026, at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas. Opetaia defeated Glanton by unanimous decision. The three official judges each scored it 119–106. Why the title situation was unusual
The purse report should be kept separate from the bout’s sanctioning dispute. On March 6, the IBF said it had withdrawn sanction for the scheduled optional defense. It cited Opetaia’s team confirming the fight would not be a unification and that any Zuffa belt would be characterized as a “trophy or token of recognition.” The IBF said the bout was unsanctioned following its withdrawal.
