JKSSB scheduled the Panchayat Secretary admit-card download window for 4–10 December 2023, ahead of the OMR written examination on 10 December 2023. That window has passed; the available sources do not confirm that candidates can still retrieve an archived card.
Who the 2023 admit card covered
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) notice concerned the OMR-based written examination for Panchayat Secretary posts in the Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Department, District Cadres. The posts were tied to Advertisement Notification No. 03 of 2022, item numbers 059 to 077. The JKSSB notice, reproduced by The Times of India, set the examination date as 10 December 2023.
Original download dates and required details
JKSSB said admit cards would be available on its website from 4 December through 10 December 2023. The notice instructed candidates to use their email ID and date of birth, stating: “Candidates can download their Admit Cards from the website using their E-mail ID and Date of Birth.”
How candidates downloaded it in 2023
- Visit the JKSSB website at jkssb.nic.in and open the admit-card service.
- Enter the email ID and date of birth associated with the candidate’s application.
- Retrieve and print the admit card for use at the examination, as applicable to the 2023 exam.
These were the original instructions, not current download steps. The retrieved notice does not establish a candidate-specific direct URL that works today. Hindustan Times’ report from 5 December 2023 also described downloading through the official site and candidate login, but its contemporaneous link reference should not be treated as a current route.

Can you download the card now?
The confirmed availability period ended on 10 December 2023. JKSSB later published a final answer key and result/score-sheet announcements for the recruitment, indicating that the selection process moved beyond the admit-card stage. Those notices do not establish that individual admit cards remain accessible or that JKSSB will reissue them. Check JKSSB’s official announcements and contact the board to ask whether a retained record is available; do not assume an old link will work.
