There isn’t enough independent evidence to say confidently whether YOPUP is reliable. The pet-care store at yopup.com.au identifies its operator and publishes contact, shipping and refund information, but those are company statements—not independent confirmation of delivery or refund performance. Be careful not to confuse it with youpup.store, a separate custom-apparel business whose reviews do not assess YOPUP.
Which business is YOPUP?
YOPUP’s homepage presents a pet-care brand and names Koala Global Group Pty Ltd as its operator. An indexed contact-policy excerpt describes the business as established in Australia and selling internationally. The distinction matters because search results also surface youpup.store, which sells personalized apparel; it is not the same business as the pet-care store at yopup.com.au.

What does YOPUP claim about its products and service?
YOPUP’s homepage, accessed in 2026, advertises a rating of 4.8/5 from 12,000+ reviews and says it is trusted by 50,000+ pet parents. It also promises a full refund within 60 days and says shipping is free on orders over $50, typically taking 3–5 business days. These are claims published by the seller; the available evidence does not independently validate the review count, customer total, delivery times or how consistently refunds are provided.

The site features its GentleGroom Pro Glove and claims it removes 90% of loose fur. That is a product-performance claim from YOPUP, not an independently verified test result.
Do the negative reviews online apply to YOPUP?
No. The Trustpilot results found for youpup.store concern the separate personalized-apparel seller. The accessed page showed a 1.7 score and 112 reviews, with complaints about delays, product quality and customer service. Those ratings and complaints cannot establish whether YOPUP at yopup.com.au is reliable.

What should you check before ordering?
- Confirm the domain: make sure you are on yopup.com.au, not the similarly named youpup.store.
- Save the terms shown at checkout: keep the product listing, delivery estimate, refund terms and order confirmation in case you need to refer back to what was offered.
- Check current contact and return details: the indexed policy lists [email protected] as the support email and says support is email-only, with no telephone support. Verify that information on the live site before placing an order.
- Use a payment method with a dispute process: this is a sensible precaution when a seller’s real-world fulfillment and refund record is not independently established; it is not evidence that YOPUP has failed to honor its terms.
How to assess YOPUP against another pet-care store
Compare merchants using evidence tied to the exact business and domain. Look for independently verifiable reviews, identifiable operator and contact details, specific shipping and refund terms, and documented responses to complaints. Do not use reviews for a similarly named company as a substitute for evidence about the store you are considering.
