Kevin Hart’s current net worth is not verified by the available evidence. In a November 2025 interview, he questioned online estimates and did not confirm the $400 million figure the interviewer raised. Reported earnings and a valuation of his company offer context, but neither establishes his personal wealth.
Is Kevin Hart a billionaire?
The evidence does not establish that Hart is—or is not—a billionaire. It also does not provide an audited, current personal balance sheet from which to calculate his net worth. Complex reported that, during a November 2025 360 with Speedy interview, Hart said: “I don’t really think you can trust a lot of that stuff that you read on the internet, right? The internet is weird. So some people just say stuff.” He did not verify the $400 million estimate raised by the interviewer. Complex’s report on the interview is evidence of his skepticism, not proof of a different figure.

What does the reported $81 million figure mean?
Fortune reported in 2025 that Hart earned $81 million in 2024, attributing the figure to Forbes. That is a reported annual earnings figure, not a net-worth estimate or an audited disclosure. Earnings describe money generated over a period; net worth is the value of a person’s assets minus liabilities at a given time. The two cannot be used interchangeably. Fortune’s report provides the attribution and year.
What does Hartbeat’s valuation tell us?
CBS News reported that Hartbeat was valued at more than $650 million in 2022. That figure applies to the company, not to Hart personally, and a valuation is not the same as cash received by an owner. The CBS News / 60 Minutes transcript identifies the year and company valuation.

To estimate how a company contributes to an owner’s personal wealth, one would need to know the owner’s stake, any debt attached to it, taxes, how readily the interest could be sold, and the company’s current value. Those details are not established in the sources available here, so Hartbeat’s valuation cannot be translated into Hart’s personal net worth.
What businesses and ventures are associated with Hart?
Authentic Brands Group announced a strategic partnership with Hart in January 2026 and listed Hartbeat, Gran Coramino and Fabletics among his ventures. It described Hart as a founding partner in Gran Coramino and VitaHustle. The announcement does not disclose the value of his stakes in those businesses.

The same announcement said Hart’s films had grossed more than $4.23 billion globally. That is a cumulative film-gross claim, not Hart’s income or personal wealth. Film revenue may be shared among studios, distributors, investors, talent and other participants; the announcement does not specify Hart’s personal proceeds. Authentic Brands Group’s announcement describes the partnership and its claims.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why online net-worth estimates can be misleading
A precise personal net-worth figure requires more than adding publicized business valuations, annual earnings and box-office grosses. Those numbers refer to different things, and none reveals a complete balance sheet. A defensible estimate would also require current asset values, ownership percentages, liabilities, taxes and other financial obligations. The cited sources do not establish those figures for Hart.

For readers interested in Hart’s own account of his career, Netflix identifies I Can’t Make This Up as his memoir and reports that it debuted at number one on the New York Times Best Seller list. It is a career memoir, not a guide to his finances. Netflix’s biography of Hart provides that information.
