There was no $1 million Division 1 winner in Wednesday’s Millionaire Medley draw. Lotterywest’s official result for draw 4765, held on 7 October 2026, lists zero Division 1 winners and a $0.00 Division 1 dividend. The national results page shows the $1 million jackpot on offer, but that does not mean a ticket won it.
Millionaire Medley draw 4765 winning numbers
The six main numbers were 22, 2, 16, 33, 1 and 43. The supplementary numbers were 11 and 6. Lotterywest lists the draw as number 4765 on Wednesday 7 October 2026. See Lotterywest’s official Millionaire Medley results.

Why the $1 million jackpot does not mean someone won
The national Weekday Windfall results page identifies 7 October 2026 as draw 4765 and displays a $1,000,000 jackpot. Weekday Windfall is the national name for the game called Millionaire Medley in Western Australia. The jackpot amount is the advertised Division 1 prize; Lotterywest’s result for this draw records no Division 1 winner. View the national Weekday Windfall results.
Lotterywest says Division 1 pays $1 million for up to six winners. If more than six tickets win Division 1, the maximum $6 million prize pool is shared among them. That prize structure explains the jackpot offer, but it does not establish that a winner was produced in a particular draw.

How to check a ticket
- Compare the ticket’s six main numbers with 22, 2, 16, 33, 1 and 43. Supplementary numbers 11 and 6 can count for eligible lower divisions.
- Use the official Lotterywest results page or the national Weekday Windfall results page to check the full division details and ticket-checking options.
- If a ticket appears to match a prize division, follow the claim instructions for the place where it was purchased. This result story does not establish a winner’s identity or ticket location.
How Millionaire Medley draws work
Lotterywest says eight numbers are drawn from 45 balls: the first six are the main winning numbers, and the final two are supplementary numbers used in Divisions 2, 5 and 6. Scheduled draws are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Lotterywest lists entry close at 5:25 p.m. AWST and draw time at 6:00 p.m. AWST on those days. Read Lotterywest’s game details and odds.

Lotterywest labels these figures approximate and bases them on one standard game.
