Mark Wahlberg was reported to be living in Las Vegas in Architectural Digest’s December 30, 2025 account. He also bought a Delray Beach, Florida, estate in 2025, but that purchase was not reported as a move or a replacement for his Las Vegas residence. His former Beverly Park mansion in California was sold in 2023.
Where does Mark Wahlberg live now?
Architectural Digest reported on December 30, 2025, that Wahlberg resides in Las Vegas. That is the latest dated residence report in the sources cited here; it does not independently confirm where he lives after December 2025 or identify his address. Architectural Digest’s account places the Las Vegas residence in the context of a move his family made from California in 2022.
Wahlberg’s 2025 purchase in Delray Beach is a separate fact. The reporting establishes that he bought the Florida property, not that it became his primary residence. An ownership transaction alone cannot establish where someone lives most of the time.
What property did he buy in Florida?
In October 2025, Realtor.com reported that Wahlberg paid $37 million for Palazzo di Lago, a fully furnished estate in the gated Stone Creek Ranch community in Delray Beach. The publication described the property as 18,206 square feet, with seven bedrooms, ten full bathrooms and two powder rooms. Reported amenities included a theater, cigar lounge, wine cellar, gym, sauna, guesthouse and resort-style pool. Realtor.com’s report covers the transaction and property details.

Architectural Digest also described the purchase as a Delray Beach property while reporting Las Vegas as Wahlberg’s residence. Neither account establishes whether he occupies the Florida estate as a full-time home. Architectural Digest’s December 2025 report is the source for that distinction.
Why did Wahlberg move from California to Nevada?
Wahlberg relocated his family from California to Nevada in 2022. The Los Angeles Times reported that he said the move offered a fresh start and a better life for his children. The Los Angeles Times account places the move alongside the sale of his Beverly Park property.

The family’s Nevada housing history is not the same as a confirmed current address. Architectural Digest reported that they first bought a $14.5 million, 7,300-square-foot townhouse at Summit Club, then sold it the following year for $16.6 million. It also reported the purchase and later sale of a vacant 2.5-acre Nevada parcel. Wahlberg described the townhouse as temporary and said the plan was to build a studio and family home. The reviewed reports do not identify an address or establish details of a completed Las Vegas home. Architectural Digest’s property timeline provides this context.

Wahlberg’s former Beverly Park estate is not his current home in the available reporting. He sold it for $55 million in February 2023 after it had been listed for $87.5 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The newspaper described the French-inspired estate as a three-story, 30,500-square-foot property on 6.2 acres, with 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms. The sale report also listed features including a two-story library, theater, wine cellar, gym, driving range, skate park, grotto-style pool, five-hole golf course and Celtics-themed basketball court.
Realtor.com reported that Paris Hilton bought the former Wahlberg property for $63.1 million in June 2025. That later sale further distinguishes the Beverly Park mansion from Wahlberg’s reported Nevada residence. Realtor.com’s report on Hilton’s purchase gives the 2025 transaction price.
