Is the Indore Paraspar Bank Clerk-cum-Cashier application still open?
No. The located notice was Advertisement No. 01/Bank/2023–2024, issued by Indore Paraspar Sahakari Bank Limited, Indore. Online registration opened on 13 December 2023, and the deadline for both submitting the application and paying the fee was 12 January 2024. That recruitment drive is closed; its old application route should not be treated as a live apply link. Read the official 2023–24 advertisement.
The bank’s current homepage is ips.bank.in and includes a Recruitment link. No new Clerk-cum-Cashier notice or confirmed live application portal is established here. That does not prove no later recruitment exists: use the current site’s Recruitment section to verify whether a new notice has been posted.

Education
The 2023–24 advertisement required graduation in any discipline with at least 50% marks, or a postgraduate qualification from a recognized university. It also accepted an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. These are the criteria in that historical notice, not confirmed requirements for a future cycle. Age and fee reported for that cycle
Scroll.in reported that applicants had to be 21–35 years old as of 12 January 2024, with upper-age relaxation for reserved categories. The same report listed an application fee of ₹590, inclusive of GST. The bank’s information handout for the online test described 100 objective questions worth 100 marks, with 90 minutes total. The test was compositely timed. The handout’s section breakdown was:

The handout set a minimum qualifying score of 40% in Marathi, while noting that the bank reserved the right to change it. Merit was to be prepared from the combined marks in the first four subjects—Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, General English, General Knowledge and Quantitative Aptitude—excluding Marathi. It stated that wrong answers would not incur a penalty, while advising candidates not to guess randomly.
