Which bra was Taylor Swift photographed wearing?
Cosmopolitan identified the bra in a Taylor Swift Eras Tour rehearsal photo as Forme’s Power Bra. Its article, updated August 28, 2025, described a design that uses fabrics with varying tension to cue upper-body and shoulder alignment. That is the garment’s intended mechanism, not evidence that it treats a posture problem.
Cosmopolitan reported an XS–3XL size range for the original Power Bra at the time. It also described a Power+ version with discreet removable padding and a wider underarm opening. Sizes, construction, colors and availability can change, so check Forme’s current product listing before deciding which version is suitable.
What does wearing it feel like?
Reviewers describe a close, compressive fit, and their comfort reports are mixed. Cosmopolitan’s Hannah Oh said the original bra was difficult to put on at first and felt tight. She also described it as a physical reminder to keep her shoulders down and back. Colleagues in the article likewise found it tight and compressive.

Parade’s health editor Leigh Weingus also described a tight, restrictive feel, while saying the bra pulled her shoulders back. Shape’s Kristen Geil, NASM-CPT, tested the bra for a month, wearing it at least three times a week for several hours at a time. Those accounts can help set expectations, but they are individual editorial experiences, not controlled fit or effectiveness testing.
Does it actually correct posture?
The available reviews do not establish that the Power Bra produces a lasting change in posture. Oh reported feeling the cue while wearing it, but after six months of use she had not noticed a lasting difference when she was not wearing it. Weingus reported perceived improvements in comfort and posture after several weeks. Those differing accounts describe personal impressions; neither demonstrates what other wearers should expect.

Consider it if you want a compressive sports bra that provides a physical reminder about shoulder position during wear, and you are comfortable with that fit and price. If tightness or restriction would interfere with your activity, the reviewers’ fit comments are a reason to check sizing and the current return policy before ordering. Do not buy it on the assumption that it will permanently change posture: the reviews report mixed personal experiences and do not demonstrate durable correction.
