What IBASE makes
IBASE is an industrial-computing manufacturer, not primarily a consumer-PC brand. Its current portfolio includes industrial motherboards, embedded systems, edge AI computers based on x86 and ARM platforms, panel PCs, digital-signage players, and network appliances. The categories represent different kinds of equipment rather than interchangeable versions of one computer. A single-board computer, a complete fanless embedded system, and a panel PC serve different installation and operating needs. What IBASE says Arrow contributes
In an EE Times article dated June 18, 2025, labeled partner content and attributed to IBASE Technology, the company framed the relationship around challenges in product design, component procurement, and supply-chain management. IBASE said Arrow provides component-inventory data and market information to inform purchasing plans, along with field application engineering (FAE) resources for technical work. IBASE also credited Arrow with supporting co-design and integration, as well as quality verification and supply-chain management. These descriptions characterize the partnership from IBASE’s perspective; they are not independently verified performance findings.
What the partnership account does—and does not—establish
The EE Times article places the relationship in the context of edge computing and smart manufacturing and says IBASE was marking its 25th anniversary in 2025. It presents Arrow’s role as practical support across component sourcing and technical collaboration. However, the article does not publish quantified outcomes such as percentage reductions in cost or lead time, or faster product development. It also does not provide third-party corroboration of the operational benefits described by IBASE.

That distinction matters to customers evaluating industrial equipment: the partnership account explains how the companies say they work together, but it is not evidence that every product, project, or purchase will receive a particular delivery schedule, price, or engineering result.
