The old application link is no longer a route to submit an application. For current vacancies, use ISRO’s Current Opportunities page.
Which ISRO recruitment notice was this?
This was the Indian Space Research Organisation’s Centralised Recruitment Board notice ISRO:ICRB:02(EMC):2025 for Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ posts in Electronics, Mechanical and Computer Science. It was a specific ICRB EMC recruitment cycle, not a general ISRO hiring notice or the separate NRSC-RMT-1-2025 recruitment. The official Current Opportunities listing identifies the notice and its disciplines.
The notice was dated May 27, 2025, and applications were due by June 16, 2025. That deadline has passed; the notice should be treated as historical, not as an open call.
What happened to the “320 posts” figure?
A contemporaneous Hindustan Times report used 320 in its headline. The same report gave category figures of 113 Electronics, 160 Mechanical and 44 Computer Science posts, which total 317. The official listing confirms the recruitment and three disciplines, but the available official material does not resolve the difference. Treat 320 as the report’s headline figure, not a reconciled official total.

Where was the application link?
ISRO’s official FAQ explains that applicants were to open ISRO Careers, select the relevant ICRB advertisement and use its “Click here to apply online” link. That route describes how to locate the application during the recruitment period; it does not mean the expired form is still accepting submissions.
The FAQ also says that a registration number appeared after a successful submission and should be noted and retained for future correspondence. This is relevant to candidates who applied before the deadline and need their application details.

How to check for current ISRO vacancies
- Open ISRO’s Current Opportunities page.
- Review the live notices and their stated deadlines; do not rely on an older ICRB EMC application link.
- For any new opening, follow the application instructions in that specific official advertisement, including its eligibility, fee and selection provisions.
Other 2025 notices had different timelines. The separate ICRB CEPO notice ran from June 24 to July 14, 2025, while the NRSC notice closed on May 30, 2025. They are not extensions or alternate links for the EMC recruitment covered here.
