ICAI’s November/December 2023 instructions directed Intermediate and Final candidates to download their admit cards from eservices.icai.org, using their registration number and date of birth. The instructions explain the download process but do not establish the date the cards were first released.
How to download the November 2023 CA admit card

Visit https://eservices.icai.org/.

Choose the link for your exam: “Click here To Download Admit Card For Intermediate Exam November 2023” or “Click here To Download Admit Card For Final Exam November 2023.”

Enter your registration number and date of birth, then select “DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD.”

Read and accept the guidance or instructions, then proceed to download the admit card.

These were ICAI’s instructions for the 2023 session. The cited material does not confirm whether the old session-specific links remain active.
What details were required?
The download instructions specified a registration number and date of birth. Intermediate and Final candidates had separate links; select the one matching your examination.
Was an exact release date announced?
The linked admit-card instructions do not state when the cards first became available. ICAI’s examination page identifies the session as “Examinations – November/December 2023” and links the admit-card instructions alongside exam guidance, application requirements, dates, city information and a fee chart: ICAI November/December 2023 examination page.

ICAI’s observer schedule lists Final examinations beginning 1 November 2023 and Intermediate examinations beginning 2 November 2023; the listed Intermediate papers run through 17 November 2023. These are examination dates, not an admit-card release date. See ICAI’s observer guidelines and schedule.
For application context, ICAI’s important-dates document lists 2 August 2023 as the online exam-form start date, 23 August as the last date without late fee, 30 August as the last date with late fee, and 1–7 September as the correction window: ICAI November/December 2023 exam-form dates.
