What does IEEE WIE membership offer?

Does growth mean the retention problem is solved?
No. Growth in the reported totals can coexist with difficulty retaining members. IEEE Spectrum quoted WIE chair Winnie Ye saying that attracting and retaining paying members remains a challenge, particularly when students transition to professional membership.
